Ukiah is a good store; they carry so many items that I cannot find anywhere. "Molasses", sweet potato syrup...all the good stuff for baking. I do hope Clearlake will catch on to our need for more healthy items. I wish the produce could be fresher and not in plastic. However, nowadays it is what it is. Sometimes I must do returns. Most of my shopping is for "Fresh Organic Produce". Plastic is not on my list. I'm so very grateful for the checkout people and workers there. They work hard and are kind and friendly. If an item had too much dust on it, she turned it away. If it wasn't to her liking, she turned it away. She was snide and rude. I was donating items of value. She wanted items that were in pristine condition. I donated because I believe hospice services are invaluable in a time of need, but I will never recommend this thrift store for donations. For those buying what I donated, you are welcome! All turned away donations were gladly accepted at other area thrift stores.
