If y'all have such strict, dedicated parking for "trailers only" then dictate as such, but if there is no signs or no clear markings on the tarmac, don't police people where they should and shouldn't park rather say for "future reference that area is designated for people with trailers" simple as that. We always find everything we're looking for (and things we didn't know we needed) when we come here. The staff are friendly and helpful. One thing I recently discovered is that they sell balloons and they'll also inflate it for you too. This is very helpful since many places around either don't do it or it costs a bit more to get it done. The things you get here go a long way for what you pay. However, when I arrived home, I decided to peel off the price stickers to see the original price and it turns out it was originally $9.99 and they marked it up to $12.99 (with a missing lid) and then "put it on sale". While we were hanging the picture this weekend, that particular frame did not have glass in it. The other three framed pictures had glass. I brought the picture in to show them there was no glass. He looked at my invoices and told me that I wasn't charged for the glass for that frame and another frame, an 8x10. Four newly framed pictures, three had glass , one did not. ????? Why that particular frame, I don't know. $26 later, I paid for the glass. He said he wouldn't charge me for the 8x10 glass that they "gave " me. The employee had to redo the back and everything that it entails to put the glass in, that should have been put in the first time. I just assumed that if you buy a picture frame and he asks, what kind of glass it was that I wanted, he would put glass in all of them. I gave them my information including my phone number when I placed the order. Common sense would have been to call me and this could have been taken care of in two minutes. Customer Service could use an upgrade.
