While we were hanging the picture this weekend, that particular frame did not have glass in it. The other three framed pictures had glass. I brought the picture in to show them there was no glass. He looked at my invoices and told me that I wasn't charged for the glass for that frame and another frame, an 8x10. Four newly framed pictures, three had glass , one did not. ????? Why that particular frame, I don't know. $26 later, I paid for the glass. He said he wouldn't charge me for the 8x10 glass that they "gave " me. The employee had to redo the back and everything that it entails to put the glass in, that should have been put in the first time. I just assumed that if you buy a picture frame and he asks, what kind of glass it was that I wanted, he would put glass in all of them. I gave them my information including my phone number when I placed the order. Common sense would have been to call me and this could have been taken care of in two minutes. Customer Service could use an upgrade.

I still feel prices are higher than I remember, but isn't that everywhere now?! Ericka was super nice and helped me at checkout use my printouts regarding coupons and kohl's cash from my online account. She was friendly, yet efficient and professional helping the line move fast.
