The stands have a nice variety of clothing, jewelry, toys, furniture, indoor and outdoor decor, tools, and vintage items. You're bound to find something for everyone. With any flea market, prices can vary from booth to booth. Some are very reasonable and some are on the pricier side. What would you pay for a vintage treasure or handmade item? On my most recent visit on June 19th, 2021, there were a lack of stands on the one side of the shady hollow lot. At this time, around 1-2% of people I saw were wearing masks. I was told there were several more stands around Memorial day. Perhaps it will be more full around 4th of July? Regardless, there was a great variety of items and I got to pick up a few unique items. We were up on the roof less than 2 weeks after we bought it and noticed over the bunk room it the roof was rotted at least a 2'x2' area and probably more. We reached out to all 3 brothers and the answer after a day after the message was sent was sorry it was sold as is and it is up to the customer to look it over. There was no visible damage in any of the ceilings so I figured everything else was good and why would they tell us about the other stuff and not anything else. We also noticed a slide wasn't all the way out and they said they would fix that twice but never did, along with taking the mouse out from behind the water heater that was in the sticky trap. They took about $3000 off for the repairs that we could easily fix with some knowledge and time. When researching the cost of repairs for the roof it says between $5000 and $10000 Nothing like being so excited to buy a camper to be about to fit your grand daughter and family in only to realize you just bought a piece of garbage for top dollar! If you want to buy a camper from honest people that won't screw you over, this is not the place for you. We aren't done and we will be sure this is not the end of this.

He was thorough and really listened to what we wanted in terms of bigger size and features that we were looking for in in terms of expansion on living and dining size and mechanical conveniences. Showing us the gamut of their inventory to give us a very good idea of the new styling and décor that is out there as well as what they had just received which was older but with deluxe features that we were interested in buying. Clay's helpful, informative approach helped us narrow down what worked for our budget and trade-in value. We settled on a 35 foot Salem Classic with a King size bedroom with mirrored closet, deluxe kitchen with super huge stainless steel sink, full size stainless fridge and microwave and very comfortable (free standing) dining/living room with large windows and TV stand built-in with deluxe stereo and dvd player, Lazyboy recliners and sleeper sofa and comfortable shower/bath with glass sliding doors to the left of the hallway. **No pressure on pricing, no lengthy drawn-out sit-down with details on when where and how for a seamless delivery mid-week, made our decision very easy and almost immediate. Phase 3: Left to 'think about it, made one phone call and we are Signing papers today, and very convicted of the fact that this family-run business is number one.
