I wanted the discount on the air freshener specifically. I asked the Asian clerk 4 times if the air freshener refills were discounted. The short flamboyant Mexican guy came up to the front to take care of the couple of people behind me. Rudely yelling next, next you could tell he was pushing the Asian guy to go faster. The Asian clerk kept saying that he doesn't know until I get rang up, so I paid for the items. It was dark I couldn't see the receipt that well so I asked him did I get the discount??? He said you got $4 off your purchase! I said that's great thank you!! So I come home take a look at the receipt and found out otherwise. The next day I go to the store to take back my purchase. I wait a bit and get the Asian guy again and I asked him if he remembered me? He said kinda then he asked if I got the discount??? I asked how would I get the discount if it never rang up like that? Then I had a discussion with him. Why he misled me and why couldn't he take a minute and look at my receipt and let me know? If they are really doing customer service to help the customers not to lie to them just to rush them out of the store?! Terrible customer service!! It's not really the money but the principle. I'd rather ring it up myself rather than dealing with bad employee relations.. -20 they don't even deserve a 1 star. Any Dollar General is 200x better in my opinion..

I was specifically looking for a wallet for my vintage Coach shoulder bag. I finally found one! I stood in line, there was one person in front of me and one person at the register. Unfortunately there was only 1 associate working the register. I found this odd as there were a handful of associates working on the floor and the store was not busy. Finally an associate came up to the register and helped the person in front of me. The other customer was having an item wrapped, the reason for the long wait. Then when the associate was done ringing the person up that was in front of me, she looked at me then left and went back to the front entrance to talk to the security guard that was stationed there. So I continued to wait, while someone is having their item wrapped and wondering why the associate did not help me. There wasn't anyone behind me. I should have just left but I had been waiting for 6 months to make this special purchase. Finally a different associate came to the register and checked me out. She asked if anyone helped me-told her "No" as this was the truth. I have shopped at the Coach Outlet store numerous times in Ontario, CA and have received outstanding customer service at that location. This was the most disappointing experience ever. I felt the associate that rang up the customer standing in line front of me was just too busy conversing with the security guard. Angelette White did reach out to me on 2/18, after I completed their store survey. I did respond on 2/24 to their email, letting them know when to call me but I have yet to receive that call.
