The prices on the Celestial Seasoning flavored tea was much less than I just purchased in the local grocery store a day before. The sales associates should be very pleased with their hard work keeping the stock so neat in a well designed store. And this is particularly true of Lynn's. What attracted me the first time was seeing the spinning globes on display in the window. These decorative items suitable for a table, desk or shelf were unlike anything I'd seen before. Without a visible power source they appeared to rotate indefinitely as if propelled by some perpetual motion machine. In fact, the globes are actually powered by light, and they are fascinating to watch. But as intriguing as these were, they were not the reason I returned to this store. My return visits were prompted by Lynn herself. This is a lady who truly loves what she does and loves the customers she services. A visit to Lynn's is like stopping by to visit an old friend. You'll end up swapping stories about what is going on in your lives and while away several pleasant minutes in conversation. And even if you leave the shop without a purchase, you will think it was time well spent. Of course Lynn will be happier if you do buy some of the several unique and wonderful items available. But I suspect that she won't be all that disappointed if you don't. This is a lady who is in the people business first and the retail business a distant second. If you're anywhere near Lafayette, New Jersey, stop in for a healthy dose of good old country charm. I promise you won't regret it. I know I'll be back!

It's one of our favorite stores because the prices are reasonable, the merchandise is cute, and there are no Five Below stores in Hawaii. "Five Below" is a misleading name. Some items are more than $5. Just check the price tags. We enjoyed looking at Sanrio characters such as Hello Kitty. We very much liked the Easter merchandise - especially bunny stuff! We look forward to visiting Five Below again on our next mainland trip!

They are always well stocked and there is no shortage of colorful ribbons, weights and more. Staff is always friendly and helpful and balloon prices are fair. My low review is based primarily on my recent experience in this location when I stopped in to purchase a padded a poly mailing envelope and wound up in a verbal argument with the cashier and his supervisor over the price charged for an item. There was a large handwritten sign taped on the shelf stating "6-Pack Envelopes - $1.50", so I grabbed a 6-pack and walked over to check out. There was no price marked on the package and the cashier turned to a supervisor standing nearby, who said without hesitation that it was $6. I quickly mentioned there was a large sign on the shelf that indicated the price was $1.50 for a 6-pack. The supervisor loudly accused me of lying to her and trying to steal from the store, then said the sign on the shelf wasn't right. When I suggested she take down the sign, she said she wasn't allowed to do that and instructed the cashier to charge me $1.50 for the item. I don't know if the staff was having a bad day but considering their poor attitude towards their customers, I'm not sure I'll return to this location any time soon.

When I questioned the false advertising, I was interrupted and told to shop elsewhere if I had a problem with the prices. They have a lot of stuff to offer here as most Marshalls do, but they could do better with having more people working the registers and moving a little quicker as it was hot as hell in this store.
