Employee was super nice, explained to me it was cheaper to pay inside than at the pump and that there was a bucket with a brush that would help with mud. My car wasn't quite that dirty but nice to know! Wash was OK. No-touch kind. I guess I needed to use the brush but it got a few layers of dirt off so good enough.

I love their selection of drinks and snacks here. They really know how to match up with Emmett at this store. Jerky everywhere and donuts and coffee. The staff are really helpful and knowledgeable and they really listen to you when you ask them questions. I like that! They're the same height as the old big round ones were but some of the cookies in the pack are now very oblong shaped. Looks like about 1/4 of the cookie dough is missing. The shrinkflation is not appreciated. Making the cookies a different shape doesn't trick us, we can see what's going on. It started out with just one cookie in each pack missing dough. Now it's several of them. & no, they aren't thicker, they're actually slightly thinner than they used to be. Consumers do pay attention to the details & some of us keep a file of pictures of how the products have changed over time. It's been pushing my household to make our own cookies. Cookies freeze well. They come out of the freezer wonderful & moist. Saving money & getting the nice big cookies we've grown accustomed to. Win, win.

I love their holiday aisle and I appreciate the work that is put into it. The candy is always together, if their are toys they are next to each other and I love that everything is in reach for me. They always have great prices on things that most people are looking for. Water is cheap and toilet paper is priced well also. The other 2 involved special order furniture and both times the delivery time was longer than expected or promised. On April 4th we ordered a bedroom set that we were told would take 8-12 weeks. On July 7th we were told it was on the truck enroute from Pennsylvania. On July 28 we were promised delivery no later than the 2nd of August as the truck was due on 7-31 or 8-1. Matt promised that it would be delivered Friday or Saturday depending on what day it arrived. The freight wasn't delivered to People's until Saturday morning. By the time delivery is finally made it will have been 18 weeks from purchase to delivery. After calming down I realized that the problem didn't lie with People's primarily. The reached out and explained the situation and satisfied me that they did their best but the delivery from manufacture to them was out of their control.

It was wired wrong from the get-go and didn't use cold water. Most of the time service was good, but there were a couple of disappointing times over the years. I am sure that was because of the salesperson. The last sales person we had, though, was excellent.
