I was so impressed with the results especially on the older Q5. The car had experienced 3 years of auto car washes and had extensive brush swirls on the paint finish. David worked tirelessly to make sure all the swirls were removed before applying the ceramic coat. The Q5 hasn't looked this good since driving it off the dealer lot 3 years ago! I plan to use his mobile wash service to avoid going to the auto wash ever again.

After explaining my very unique situation to Shane Ford, General Manager, he graciously allowed me access to their vacuum equipment. The great thing is that he did not charge me anything despite my efforts to compensate the facility. I felt it necessary to write this great customer service/centric aspect review because Shane Ford, General Manager, showed that he fully understands how business should be handled to earn good-will in the community. I promptly shared the news of his very local wash location and generosity with my hosting friends. They later confirmed that they had since patronized that local facility (that they never considered using on their own in their day to day needs). Score one for the good guys! When I showed them what wasn't done they said we went through it already didn't even look or want to do anything about it. I don't even think they hand waxed the van and likely just ran it through the car wash and hand dried it.
