I really liked the aisle with the food and cooking items, which included a variety of coffee products, sauces, and specialty pastas. If the vitamins and beans/rice/etc are up your alley, they have a large selection. Also items that may fit certain food restrictions or preferences. A nice selection of international foods too. Most of the products are dry goods but they also have several refrigerators and freezers. I've heard good things about their farm fresh eggs, but I have never bought any. And there are other items I'm not mentioning that I've not paid attention to. I don't believe they have fresh produce, so don't necessarily look at this place like a grocery store.

Kindred People is owned + operated by a mother-daughter duo who pride themselves on quality and supporting local and regional artists. This is easily one of our favorite shops downtown.
