I went to the Dollar General at 8:00 am at 581 Old Hickory Blvd, Jackson, TN 38305, on my way home…read moreto Chicago. The customer service was less than desired. I asked a young lady in the storeroom if she had any microban and she snapped back saying "she don't answer no questions". When I opened my mouth again to speak she reinerated that she "don't answer no questions back here, ask somebody up front". I replied there was no one up front - God bless you, and walked off. I then found the manager outside and told him I had a concern about the young lady in the back. The cashier has a question for him concerning an exchange. He went to care for the situation and I waited. When he had finished, he did not return to me but to the second register, ignoring me. I was standing less than 3 feet from him. Needless to say I did not for-fill my purchase. The concern and customer service at the store was deplorable. I went to 5 Dollar Generals today on my way home and not one of them had bad customer service. I think it has to do with the area. The other stores were in areas that I believe would not tolerate such behavior. You get what you pay for
