I had my own bag and even told him I have my own bag and he waved me off and started putting everything in to a paper bag with out saying anything. I assumed he just didn't care and wasn't going to charge me for it. when I got home, I saw he still charged me for it. It's 5 cents, it's a very small non issue, but part of bigger problem with him. I got him again a few times and have had to basically tell him in a stern tone I have my own bag, while holding it up and he just gave an annoyed sigh last time. I paid for my things and in the few seconds I looked down at my wallet to put my card away and looked up he had just vanished in to thin air. The staff there are extremely helpful and know the brands very well. They will help you find your size and fit and if they don't have the style you want, you can order it through them with no shipping charge. The nice thing here is that a lot of the shoes end up being the same price as their own websites online (or less since now you aren't paying shipping) so it is worth it to go find what fits and then get it in person. They also have a reward program so eventually you earn money-off rewards on future purchases. The store itself is cute and organized and they have a lot of fun socks there too if you are into fun socks!

I gave her a $20 bill, she handed me bills & no coins, which I thought was odd. I looked at my receipt & my change due me, was $8.02. Paola gave me $8.00. I showed her the receipt & asked for my correct change. She said she doesn't have .02 cents. I told her to then give me a nickel. She declined & said they don't have it. I told her that she cannot steal customers' change. She spoke to someone in Spanish that was sitting down on her cellphone, who got up & went into a different register & handed Paolo .02 cents who in turn handed me the money. I reiterated that she has no right to cash in on people's change by stealing it. Paolo said, "it's only 2 cents". I told her "I don't care if it's 1 penny, you don't have the right to steal customers' money". I left the store & warned the woman entering to count her change. Regardless of the penny becoming extinct, the IRS needs to change, along with merchants - pricing, which they'll round up instead of down, I'm sure. But no way will I let any establishment cheat me like that.
