This is a great TJ Maxx location! Good selection of high end pieces (the purple tag ones), you have to have time to sift through. There is also a great selection of skin care and cosmetics- I've found Laniege, Laura Mercier, Clinique and Lancome! It's clean and well organized and the staff is super nice - especially the ladies at the jewelry counter and Tracy and Kerri in the cash wrap! read more

I had a wonderful experience shopping Prices are great, very clean organized store But ....... Judith who works the dressing room was just awful I told her I was in a bit of a hurry, and she went even slower. She told me I had to hang up everything before I go in and hang up everything on my way out even though I clearly indicated the four articles of clothing, I wanted to take with me. I started shopping in a great mood and left really really angry. I told her my daughter and I had been there to his earlier and it was so nice and she said there are cameras and whoever was there will be fired. This is ridiculous. Some decent deals to be found and a wide variety with mostly helpful and friendly associates, but the manager here is VILE! Very rude and disrespectful to customers. Came to return sketching which was barely used and was refused a return and the manger acted incredibly unprofessional and rude when we should have been easily accommodated, hope the manger is dealt with accordingly. read more

sad but store has great products and some good associates. today ran into the store manager, unfortunately we didn't get her name - we tried returning a defective large luggage bag - used ince and then realized it was not built properly so it topples over immediately. my wife described that we used it once and it was in excellent condition but did not function properly, that it toppled her easily. y wife did not use the word defective which the manager pointed out over and over. wasn't polite in her reaction to us at all and became hostile and angry from the moment we spoke to her. she pointed out store policy not to refund used, worn or installable products but we were returning because after the first use it unusable (again we didn't lie about it in any way and we were honest i saying it simply didn't function properly, didn't initially used the word defective but later did) the manager became irrate yelling and screaming at us. rarely do yuh see people this angry and simply nasty. I hope the manager gets help for their anger issues and the store / corporate realizes she needs better training. the luggage was $100 and although defective for normal use could help someone in need for maybe storage of clothing or articles at home. we will donate it to our local church to give to someone in need. the angry manager get rest assured her anger was not in and and we could turn a bad situation into something good - somone in need could use this luggage for another purpose. I hope somone from TJ Maxx reaches out to us for more info so we can get the angry manager some help before she does something worse to someone else. first bad experience because of one person at TJ Maxx won't turn us off but sad we have people like this in this world - hopefully they realize their issues and get help. regards Erich L read more

Brought a bunch of items in to try on. Then when I brought out what I didn't want to trade w my other items to try on as there is a limit of 10, I was told by a very rude clerk named Judith that I couldn't switch them out. I needed to bring all 10 items out and get a new number and leave what I wanted outside w her. So I did that even though the last clerk let me switch out 3 items w no problem. When I came out 2 minutes later to give her the 3 items I didn't want and collect my 10, she had put a bunch of the stuff I did want back and let another customer take 2 more from my keep it pile. Ridiculous. I will go another TJ Maxx. This one treats their customers like garbage. read more

By far the cleanest and most organized TJ Maxx I have been to. I'm glad there is one out here. At this location, it's easier to see things and find what you want because it's organized. That's a huge plus for me. Other stores I've been to, they're a complete mess. I wouldn't even go inside. They have a little bit of everything in this store. Can't say too much about this place. You get everything you want and need at an affordable and reasonable price. I can stay for a long time in here. The one ting issue I have is that there are damaged materials on display. Not a few, but quite a bunch. You have to look carefully and should inspect what you get. Other than that one thing...this is a great location! read more

The lady by the jewlerery is beyond rude. All i needed was a tiny thing taken off the 2 piece pant suit but she couldnt take 2 seconds out of her day to do this. She said that there were people in line. I saw absolutely no one. The lady by the dressingroom and cashier were so kind and understanding but the jewler needs to go. Someone needs to teach her a lesson about costumer service. They could have gotten a paying costumer from me but no she ruined it because I couldnt try it on. The price was very reasonable too and a really wish she wasnt such an annoying issue in this process. Everything else was good. Fire the jewler in the red shirt with the blonde hair. read more

I am very happy there is a TJ Maxx out here. They have everything you want and at good prices. Because the store is recently reorganized, it's all still clean and put together well. Time will tell if they keep up the good standard or whether they get as disheveled as some of their sister stores. I found the staff to be adequate. This store is ok but, I miss the store in the Selden shopping center. I did much better at that location. I don't find myself wanting to browse this location. The flow of the store is not good and I find it to be a mess a lot of the time. The shoe selection is terrible and I can never go through the clothing racks because they are stuffed and I cannot see anything clearly so I don't bother. So why 3 stars? The staff is very friendly and the kids section is great. If I need a gift for a kid, I know I can't run in and grab something. From toys to clothing, I know the kid section is not a fail. The bag and luggage section is always a mess. I can never walk through without banging the cart into everything and like I said before, the flow is terrible. Just need someone good at organizing and neatening up. read more

Very clean and organized. I find that usually TJ Maxx and Marshall's is usually very messy and you dig to find so that's a plus with thus store. On the other hand, Linda in jewelry was VERY Rude. It was 7:58 pm and we were walking up to the registers to pay (they close at 8) and sh said better hurry up now or were gonna close the registers and you won't get any of that. What's great is that TJ Maxx is not too busy and the people there are very chill. The associates and workers there are very sweet and will help you with anything that you might need. Not my favorite. I feel as though every time I come here I have to rummage through the discount racks. Then most items are chipped or damaged and they won't even give you 10% off for a damaged item. Not the way I like to shop. I'll stick with our independent stores where the merchandise is kept nicely and the staff are helpful. And most of them donate & contribute to our neighborhood families and schools. read more

Came here for some late night mother's day shopping the night before. Store was messy but there's some diamonds in the rough there. Got a bunch of good gifts and some snacks. Prices are insanely cheap, sometimes you can't even believe how cheap something is. The store is a beautiful, unorganized disaster. read more
