I am so happy I remembered to go here while I was in the area. This dollar tree is so much bigger than the one by my house. This one it's probably three or four times the size of the one that I usually go to. I went here because I was hoping to find some craft supplies that I had seen on the Internet. I did find exactly what I was looking too. They have so many different items here if you're looking for crafts, they have probably anything you can think of from wood to clay items, painting, and more. They even had a pretty large selection of valentines candies and decorations. The employee who checked me out was nice and the store was fairly clean. My first time in this store I tried purchasing some drink items at $1.25 each and the price was posted on their shelves as such under them. When I went to the register they tried to charge me $2 each .When I tried to explain to the clerk about it, he just shrugged his shoulders up and down a few times like it didn't matter to him. He had the manager come over because I told him that I did not want to pay that if your sign says $1.25, why are you charging me $2? When the manager came she said that they don't charge that price ($1.25) for them and it was a mistake that someone had put them over there, even though there were nothing but drinks on that same shelf and aisle priced at $1.25. She never went to look at them to check the price. As I waited to have the clerk remove the drinks before paying, the register decided to freeze up. The manager ended up opening up another lane and checked out everybody else in line. So it took about 15 minutes of waiting for the clerks register to come back on and finally I got checked out. I took a picture of the drinks and price to show the manager and she still just said I'm sorry but that's not the price of those. So it wasn't the best experience at this particular store. I actually came into this store just to buy 2 items for someone else and ended up getting more things. I think that it's bad management and poor taste and customer service when not honoring their mistake. I tried calling regional offices and also sent an email about the matter but no response whatsoever. It's been about a month now. read more

They have a decent selection of items, but the people here are so rude. There's one fairly new girl that has her phone in her ear and she can't make iContact or speak to any of the customers because she's carrying on her personal conversations at the register or when she's stuck in the isles. I've seen this several times. Also, the manager is Really untactful. Maybe she doesn't mean to, but she just comes off as rude. And I'm not talking about my own interaction with her. I'm talking about while she's telling parents how bad their kids are, and rolling her eyeballs at them because they've asked a question that in her mind Was just a dumb question. read more

I placed an order for 4 items in 04-14-2023 it is now 05-04-2023 and order is still no where to be found. I received an email saying my order was ready for pickup. I have called the store multiple times and no one's seems to find my order. I called customer service and apparently the order is still being "processed". I called to get a refund and they told me it was going to take 1-2 weeks to process the refund. Dollar Tree do a better job we don't got your time!!! read more

Three checkers working at once! Niiice. Even so, this is a busy location so expect lines. Some workers are friendlier than others. Parking lot is dirty and garbage wanders inside. Typically I enjoy shopping at Dollar Tree; however, this particular location was a different story based on my experience on 11/20/2012. I'm not sure if the pre-Thanksgiving / Black Friday holiday stress was sitting in but everybody (employees and customers) seemed on edge. One customer in front of me seemed pissed about his purchase as he was throwing his items on the counter. In addition this gentlemen almost ran me over when he realized he forgot something. Fortunately I was kind enough to naturally stepped aside even without receiving an excuse me or pardon me. When it was my turn to check out the cashier (Vicki) didn't even say hello or try and sell me on their "buy a toy for a child" promotion. I definitely would've donated a dollar to help the cause had she offered. The other employees seemed to in their own world as well as it took awhile for someone to help out on the registers. This location is BY FAR my favorite Dollar Tree location in the OKC metro! As of 2019, they have the most courteous and hard working staff that try to keep the most current stock on the shelves as quickly as possible. It's also the Biggest of all the Dollar Trees and they use that space to their advantage to merchandise and keep their space super tidy. I travel out of my way to go to this store at least weekly!! read more
