If you're shopping for any of these things then Dollar Tree is for you! You really are doing yourself a favor by saving money. The main thing really that annoys me when I come here is that there aren't enough registers at this location. And this store gets pretty busy. There are 3 check out registers but only two cashiers. From what it appears everytime Im standing in line... they close the third register as a balloon helium storage. This location is really tight on space so I guess that's the only place to put it. I just get really claustrophobic everytime I come in here.

Looks like all units are first floor but not all are climate controlled. Selling points for me in choosing this location were the location close to Lake Nona, climate controlled units and the ability of our moving company to get their truck (60 foot) in when dropping off part of our belongings directly to storage. My only complaints are with the reservation process which is a corporate issue and not with the local staff. I moved here recently from out of state and needed to secure a storage unit prior to arrival in town. With Metro they will hold a unit for up to seven days but will not let you put a deposit or set up everything online. You need to be there in person to do all the paperwork and set up payments. Never having dealt with Metro before, let alone this location I was a bit concerned they might not have a unit for me when I arrived. I did not have a problem but it would have been nice to at least do all the paperwork online ahead of time and then all I would need to do when I arrived is show ID and sign paperwork.

Although not 30/50 amp, the 15 amp is sufficient to keep the RV batteries charged and can pre-cool the fridge, etc. Security isn't an issue and the security cameras do offer a view of the entire facility. The only minor drawback is there isn't a wash rack which would come in handy. Otherwise, it's a great place.

I listened to two women arguing back and forth about the date of the delivery for my order - it sounded like they never updated it. When someone came back on they said "It'll be going out soon". I am not sure exactly what time it was delivered, but I know that what I ordered an the photo my friend sent me were two completely different bouquets. What was delivered looks like it was thrown together in a matter of 15 minutes. There were big orange Daisies (daisies were not in the photo and what I ordered was all very light colored pink or white flowers),there were NO orchids and they also added carnations and a TON of baby's breath and other "filler" greeneries. My friend and I both despise baby's breath. It looked extremely cheap and the bouquet I ordered was even upgraded to "deluxe" size and cost me $65. What was delivered was at best worth $30. I am highly disappointed as I make it a point to use local flower shops instead of online vendors like 1-800-Flowers. This was a big loss on my part and I will not use Willow & Birch again.

Then in 15 minutes again (7:45) in Spanish and English the loud speaker stated again. The. In ten minutes the loud speaker again. Then in five minutes the store is closed. So that was at 7:15, 7:30, 7:45, 7:55 and then at 8:00. The entire time we were shopping we were being kicked out. Horrible experience. Publix set the standard high on excellent customer service and how a top grocery store should be run. Everyone here is so friendly and that's the reason I keep coming back. I love their BOGO sections and it changes every week. Whenever I'm running low on mayo, ketchup, salads, I come here to stock up. Especially when they have their BOGO deals. Every Saturday from 11am - 2pm, they have stations where they have samples of food you can try. Which is perfect while you shop because I tend to overspend on groceries when I'm hungry. So this prevents me from buying stuff I don't need. I don't know if all Publix locations does this or if it's just this location.
