Stopped in at a great time and day--no lines and no waiting, which made for an easy visit. Dollar Tree used to be all $1.00 items, but prices have increased, with most items now around $1.25-$1.50, and some sections offering items $5.00 and up. That said, it's still a good value compared to many other stores for similar products. They're already fully stocked for Valentine's Day now that Christmas and New Year's are over. They accept both credit cards and cash, which is convenient. It's a great place to pick up party supplies, school items, and lots of everyday essentials. Candy, snacks, kitchen supplies are a few other items that are worth it can be found at the Dollar Tree as well. Enjoy! read more

This Dollar Tree has a good selection of items. It is larger than the location I usually go to. I saw some nice Valentine's Day decorations. Some were high quality especially considering the price. I bought a couple things like aluminum foil and aluminum baking pans. They're good quality and durable. I also buy birthday balloons throughout the year for friends and neighbors. You can't beat the price and they have noce designs. Today they only had one cashier checking out customers. There did not seem to be any other employees when I was walking around the store. This seems to be a running theme at the store where I usually go to as well. read more

Very disappointed with the way two 13-year-old boys were treated at this store around 7 PM tonight. They walked in to buy candy and within minutes an employee named Jill called for security and aggressively demanded they open their bags. The boys had not even completed picking up all their merchandise. When the bag was opened, there was nothing inside except money. Instead of apologizing, the employee simply walked away. Being falsely accused like this is humiliating and upsetting, especially for children. Experiences like this can cause anxiety and stress at a young age. After living in this community for over 20 years, I have never seen something like this. A police report has been filed and corporate has been contacted. I truly hope this situation is investigated and employees receive proper training on how to treat customers respectfully. read more

As a Dollar Tree aficionado, I like to stop here to get inexpensive items that are one-time use or disposable. Their selection of Thank You cards was appropriate and well priced. The store is near the Costco, so it gives the store some easy car traffic. The inside of the business was similar to other Dollar Trees with all shelves welll stocked and neatly organized. This location has many convenient items for $1.25. If you cannot find specific items, you can ask one of the employees, and they'll happily assist you. However, there are two cons that lower this place's rating for me: restroom and understaffing. Restroom - This place is messy as it is, but the fact that I have to talk about their restroom is sad. It's the most DISGUSTING restroom I've ever been in. Nothing in here is sanitary, operational, or functional, and honestly, they should just get rid of it if they don't plan on bringing it up to code. It makes prison look like a flower garden. Understaffing - This Dollar Tree is pretty crowded, and it doesn't help that there are few employees on shift. Only one or two registers are active at a time, and since the store is small, lines start to form within the aisles and it creates a traffic jam. As a further matter, every time I walk past the aisles, I notice misplaced items and boxes lying around. It sucks because some of the shelves are empty, and customers are unable to get what they need because the items are still in those boxes instead of on the shelves. read more

Terrible. The value is great but the people there were rude. They blocked off a bunch of isles without blocking them off actually. It was virtually half the store. My wife and I were shopping and the management walked up to us and told us we could not be there. It wasn't a pleasant tone at all. I mentioned how nothing is blocked off and they just gave me a dirty stare. We put our basket down and walked out. The plaza in pines is nice, but the Dollar Tree that is located there is definitely a sickness that needs some medicine and care. I will not be going back. read more

There are just some items that it entirely makes sense to go to Dollar Tree for. Party supplies, gift wrapping paper, basic Tupperware - that sort of thing. Earlier this week, I made a quick stop at this location with a few items in mind (mostly tissue paper and gift bags). I had never been to this particular location before, although I've been in the plaza where this location is plenty of times. Parking is ample and the store itself is easy to find. Going in, the store itself was larger than the one by my house and the staff was fully bilingual. Plus, they actually had an organized line and an employee kept making sure people didn't skip the line. Can you say running smoothly much? Seriously, the line was long and I was in and out in five minutes. I do have to say though that there were a lot of empty shelves. Not sure if it's because more clients come to this location, if they didn't restock quickly enough, or a combination of the two. At any rate, I was quite pleased and found this location to be one of the better Dollar Tree stores I've gone to. read more

The manager at this store, black female named Sonia is very rude. She tries to talk down to customers as if we are their employees. If you try to return or exchange something, she will give you a hard time even with the receipt and everything matching of the item. The place is usually understaffed and 1 long line running down up to 2 aisles. Last time I saw her let frozen chicken nuggets sit out at room temperature for almost 3 hours. Hopefully she didn't put that back for another customer to buy and get food poisoning. Go to the other nearby stores, the nasty attitude and long wait is not worth it. read more

Driving into the Costco parking lot in Pembroke Pines we noticed a Dollar Tree with "Now Open" signs in front of the store - so instead of parking near Costco, we drove across the lot to the Dollar Tree! We were on a mission to add to the pile of toys we amassed for toy drives in hubby's office and the upcoming Yelp Elite Holiday party. Well, this store was incredibly busy and the toy aisle especially was crowded! Not only was this a large store, it was packed with a lot of inventory - really nice stuff too! It's always great to shop at a Dollar Tree before each holiday because they stock a lot of decorations but the store also offers food - for example, today they had frozen blueberries and strawberries on sale. And when I need balloons this chain is my go-to resource. We supplemented our holiday decorations, gift bags, and office supplies but mostly bought toys. We got everything from mermaid dolls to ninja shields! It's amazing what is offered for a dollar - I got a pack of 8 thank you cards for a buck - how can you go wrong? I did leave the feather boas alone - only because I couldn't think of an occasion where I'd be searching for one in my closet - but I was tempted...really! If toys can be ours for a dollar, they can help make a kid's holiday that much nicer - and this store made it easy! read more

This store is close to Costco, the movie theater and Publix for your last minute needs. They have a good amount of party supplies and candy all the time. Have some compassion for the staff. There are only a few on schedule at a time and this is a busy location. read more

Of course shopping at dollar tree you wouldn't expect much, but this store achieves a new low. They're clearly understaffed, and receive traffic that would warrant to having more people on hand, but it seems the owner of this store doesn't value the time of his customers. The system they have adapted for operating during the unfortunate circumstances of Covid are putrid at best. Having a year to adapt to the new normal seems to have been a vacation for this establishment. All in all, expect to spend 30 mins in line just to check out for a few items. It's unfortunate to see what has happened to this store, do not shop here, just go to five below across the street. Shame read more

He's very rude, roles his eyes, throws your items and has no manners. If you don't want to work at a dollar tree, then don't - but do not sit here and be rude to customers. Let's just put it this way: when I walk inside this store, I feel like I'm in east Hollywood. By far, one of the worst dollar trees I have ever been to! The store is always very messy and unorganized. Only one register open with the line to middle of the store. And when they do decide to open up another register, they don't take the next customer from the original line. The manager, Tiffany, is very rude and unhelpful. She seems like she doesn't care about customers or even her employees. Do yourself a favor and pay a few dollars more and go across to Five Below. read more
