Well, Dollar Tree brought out Family Dollar. With this being said, in some locations when you see…read morethe 2 stores combined you get the best of both worlds. Dollar tree savings starting at $1.25 along with Family Dollar general merchandise. The downside is that there's so much stuff everywhere. The store is super packed with merchandise. When customers knock stuff over that don't pick it up. From what I can see, they're understaffed because the associate was the cashier and the stocker at 10am. Needless to say I didn't find what I was looking for. I'll try it out again in a future visit.

From the moment we entered the store, the atmosphere was unwelcoming. Rather than being greeted or made to feel like valued customers, the staff appeared indifferent and unfriendly. My wife, children, and I visited the store to purchase Squishy Dumplings for my children. Each child wanted three, for a total of six Squishy Dumplings. Since both my wife and I were present, we asked the staff members, Sarjay and Lilo, if we could purchase the six items. However, they insisted that the limit was three per family. We were disappointed and left the store. Later, I contacted customer service to get clarification on the policy. I was informed that the limit was actually three units per person, per day, not per family. The representative specifically stated: "To give customers a chance to get Dumplings + NeeDohs, there is a 3-unit limit (per person, per day) in-store and online." After receiving this information, I returned to the store and explained what customer service had told me. However, Sarjay and Lilo continued to insist that their store followed a different rule and stated that their store manager had instructed them that the limit was per family. When I asked to speak with the store manager (Gigi), I was told that the manager was unavailable. The staff's demeanor suggested either a lack of training or poor management. They appeared unfamiliar with their company's own policies and showed no interest in resolving a customer concern. Their attitude throughout both visits was dismissive and unhelpful, reinforcing the unwelcoming impression we experienced upon entering the store. A customer-focused business should strive to ensure that customers feel valued and are encouraged to return. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Due to this experience, I left dissatisfied and would not recommend this store to others. If negative stars were available, that is what I would have given this store.

Shopped there this morning with my full time medical service animal. Manager sees my dog and…read morestarts YELLING "OMG look at that filthy dog sniffing my merchandise bin!" "You! dog! get away!" "OMG Get that animal OUT of here!!!!" (cashier starts laughing) All this happened when I was at register paying. Dog NEVER left my side. bin laying not 2 feet from me and my animal lower her head and sniffed (shes a dog). This woman screaming at my animal caused my animal to disengage from my side which prevented her from alerting to my disability. This entire thing was a nightmare for me! I dont care if this woman is afraid of dogs, my dog has nothing to do with her and she was behind a cash register stand! I have a federally protected right to have my service animal with me at ALL times! SHAME ON YOU Dollar General!
