The owner, Moe, said they have been there about 10 years or so. Anyhow, he is a very friendly and polite male, and helped me find something suitable for me due to my disabilities and handicaps. My care-giver picked out what she thought was the same that I had had before, but it was all wrong for me. It did not have higher up arm rests so that I may push myself up off the couch, and it was way too slim (ie not wide enough). I am a big guy. I approached Mr Moe, and explained my situation, and he said that they don't normally take back any furniture once delivered, but in my case he would work with me. He did charge me an exchange/restock fee and a spray-clean fee, but that was okay by me. I got a much better sofa for me, and am very pleased. The protection plan denied coverage. The store initially assured us it would be resolved, but after multiple follow-ups over several weeks, communication stopped entirely. We are still within the one-year limited product warranty period, yet no repair or replacement has been provided. It is extremely frustrating to be without a bed for months while being sent in circles. We are simply asking for the company to stand behind its product and honor its warranty.
