Since we were just browsing, we weren't looking for anything in particular. Their men's section was pretty big, and I liked the styles we saw. As a plus size girlie, I was kinda impressed that they had plus size.... but then also not. Keep in mind that they do donate them after so many days. I can't remember exactly. It is donated they keep 100% of the profit and it's just donated to their store. Today I mixed up my appointment time. I couldn't get it to pull back up and I came an hour early they would not accommodate me so I had to drive around for an hour which just frustrating because of how gas is pricey then when I did come back for my appointment. I was only in there for three minutes. I brought in over 40 items of clothing and two boxes and they only took about five items. It was very frustrating to say the least. I wish I would have just accommodated me if I knew it was only gonna take them three minutes to go through my clothing when I originally came in. It's also important to note the items I brought in were brand new, never worn items. This is not, including the home decor that I brought in. They do not take home decor it's only clothing. I keep trying to give this place a chance because I love it here due to the customer service However, they are not doing well with sales, and this experience was very unpleasant. It's hard to continue to want to do business with a consignment store when you're only getting seven dollars for 40 items and then when you make an appointment they only take five items in out of over 20 you bring in.

The staff is friendly and there is a good amount of People working at all times. The store speaks for itself with the size and flow it's perfect. The section is hands down the best and the prices is a win as well. Be sure to take advantage of their rewards as it saves me $5 last purchase. To their credit, the pricing has improved compared to what I remembered, even though it still tends to be on the higher side. We also met a few people there and started making friends, which made the experience more enjoyable. Unfortunately, over time, those friendships seemed to fade for no apparent reason. It started to feel like we were being singled out or treated differently, and the overall atmosphere became uncomfortable. Whether that was intentional or not, it left us feeling unwelcome and targeted. Because of that experience, we've decided not to return.
