Everything is inexpensive - and thus really hard to resist! The vendors we interacted with were very nice. There are vendors selling an enormous range of products - from cosmetics to metal detectors to antique guns. There were a couple of people selling regular flea market stuff but most vendors were only selling specialized things like jewelry or music. There is a manager you can call, if you want to be a vendor there or have questions on where it is located. He's a nice guy named Junior (his wife runs the concession stand) and his phone number is 678-787-2975. They have lots of graveled parking. Their concession stand has ice cream and drinks and snacks. I think the concession prices were pretty reasonable (50 cents for chips, I think? I can't remember).

We first stopped at the smaller Salvage store. It had an assortment of clothing for men, women, and children, and you really need to comb through the racks to find something in your size. I wish they would organize the clothes by size, rather than by brand/style, but my time was well-spent, as I found two nice tops from brands I love (Tangerine and Loft) for $8 and $3, respectively. They also have aisles with various grocery and household items. We found an embroidered yard flag, an auto sun shade, a pair of earrings, and some Pellegrino sparkling water (3 for $1). My sister-in-law also found a cute pair of sandals for under $15. We next went to the Overstock store, located in an old Kmart just down the road. It had a larger selection of clothing, shoes, watches, jewelry, and grocery and household items, and also had sporting goods, furniture, and appliances. My brother and his wife got great deals on golf shoes, but interestingly, I only found one clothing item (a skirt) for myself. Note that the fitting rooms are closed at both stores...bummer. Over the years I've bought a collection of campaign buttons and wooden Asian statues. (The price of three was less than ONE I saw elsewhere. By a lot!) I've bought 'fruit head' salt and pepper shakers, retro jewelry, a kitschy FreeMason's wine decanter ... the list goes on. Today I added to my collection of Hull pottery at a super discounted price. And look at these book-ends from the 1940s! A fraction of what they're selling for online. The people who work here are very nice. The bookends in fact, belonged to the mother-in-law of one of the proprietors. Prices are great, credit cards accepted. And for those -- like me! -- who are COVID-compliant, masks are required and patrons are asked to distance. By the way, if your timing is right you can head across the street after you shop, for a meal at Gabe's. Another Villa Rica find!

Highly suggest you pack a little patience when visiting. It's a lot to look at/thru and unless you're going for something specific that you know exactly where it is (or you saw in their ad) you'll want to take your time and peruse all the isles and items because you truly never know what you're going to find! Pro-Tip: use your wit. Don't Be fooled by the color of the price tag and automatically assume it's the best price. If you think the item may be cheaper elsewhere it's an easy Google search to verify you're getting the best deal possible.

PROS: -I actually have found some really good deals in this place in decent -condition! : Washer and Dryer with dining table with three chairs (all wood) and delivery = $150.00 (although we found out later that the bottom of the washing machine leaked, but it wasnt bad at all). - The One dollar grocery store have some really good deals on some good items such as dollar bread and dollar darjeeling tea (that is usually quite pricey) - it is indoors, away from the elements! -there are some very interesting characters and items around CONS: -There seem to be less and less vendors so there is not much of a variety going on. -There were a couple of times that I wanted to purchase an item and they gave me a price that was way too high for the item (needless to say, i didnt buy it) -There were too many occasions that the item that I bought from the dollar grocery store like cereal or tea HAD BUGS IN THEM ... gross... - And please be careful when you buy food from the dollar grocery store, because if you dont pay attention, you will end up buying an item that has expired two years ago! I dont even know how they can legally sell those things... so there... i have good days, and bad days... i guess it is more of a hit and miss... i would say if you dont live within 15 minutes of this place, it is not worth the drive.

Stop saying you're in the retail business because you are not. You have lost my business and everyone I know too. Shame on you for treating a long running customer this way. They have a lot with free parking near Crossroads Church not to far from the Taco Bell on Highway 5. The store was clean and organized with friendly staff and the selection included sizes Small to 2x-3x for women and clothes for baby, toddler and kids. They also sell men's clothes but I did not check this area out. I liked that each clothing item type had a set price. Clothes seemed to be priced affordably with nothing exceeding $10 except for formal wear before any discounts or special sales. I noticed children's books were sold for 75 cents. They also had a half off promotion on all swimwear. I was able to find a few summer pieces for myself, a youth dress & some swimwear new with tags for under $20. They also have a dressing room which is often rare when it comes to thrift stores. I noticed that they had some decor and furniture pieces for sale also. Overall, the prices were fair and the selection was good. I could tell that they do this with the community in mind, and I appreciate that in a time where everything is inflated including consignment shops. I would come back to donate our clothes and shop & recommend it to others who are into thrifting.
