I went to 10:10 Thrift for the first time recently for their last Wednesday of the month sale of 50% off clothes after seeing a recommendation to try them out online & mention of the sale on their social media. They have a lot with free parking near Crossroads Church not to far from the Taco Bell on Highway 5. The store was clean and organized with friendly staff and the selection included sizes Small to 2x-3x for women and clothes for baby, toddler and kids. They also sell men's clothes but I did not check this area out. I liked that each clothing item type had a set price. Clothes seemed to be priced affordably with nothing exceeding $10 except for formal wear before any discounts or special sales. I noticed children's books were sold for 75 cents. They also had a half off promotion on all swimwear. I was able to find a few summer pieces for myself, a youth dress & some swimwear new with tags for under $20. They also have a dressing room which is often rare when it comes to thrift stores. I noticed that they had some decor and furniture pieces for sale also. Overall, the prices were fair and the selection was good. I could tell that they do this with the community in mind, and I appreciate that in a time where everything is inflated including consignment shops. I would come back to donate our clothes and shop & recommend it to others who are into thrifting. read more

It's very clean and they have a good selection of everything. I was very pleased with the customer service. I asked about a dress that was on the mannequin and was told that it wasn't for sale until next Thursday because they have a store policy that states clothing on the mannequins are left on for a week. As she was checking me out I mentioned that I didn't get anything for myself. She said well you have to get the dress then. She made my day and the dress fit perfectly. I will definitely be back and I'll bring friends. She also told me that clothes are 50 percent off the last Wednesday of the month. read more

This thrift store is clean, we'll maintained and great prices. Bought a shirt and some trinkets/toys for my classroom.

So Yanna, Bev and I decided to grab lunch after attending the Yurt Village Grand Opening at Sweetwater Creek Park yesterday (8-29-15). We drove over to Gumbeaux's were there, as usual was a 2+ hour wait, so I quickly suggested Sea Breeze instead. Why do I tell you all of this? Because, just as we were about to make a U-E Bev spotted a sign that read 10:10 Thrift Store. So since the Package Store was in the same area, I said we'll hit them up on our way out! Lunch at Sea Breeze was Wonderful and we didn't have to stand outside for 2 hours. Well we enter the store and right away I felt a sense of calmness, ease and probably Jesus in the air. I love the way the use everything to decorate the store. It feels more like a boutique than a Thrift Store to me. They are so creative in how they display their items that I missed out on a purse because I thought it was decoration. I suggest that you look for the NOT FOR SALE Tags. Only those items listed as such are not up for grabs! There was some paintings enclosed in cabinets that are not for sale either. We got some great deal! Items were up to 75% Off. One friend got a $75 golf skirt for $4. The other got a $400 jacket for $6. And I got a pair of $80 Torrid shoes for $4. If you love Jesus Christ, as I do, and you want to get so e excellent deals while helping those in need in other countries, then stop by this store. But if you are offended to see Scriptures written on the wall or afraid of the Holy Ghost then tell a friend who isn't. read more

I've been visiting this store for years, and donate an average of 8 times a year. I chose this thrift store to donate to over Goodwill and many others because of its affiliation with the church, and it's stated mission. The store is beautiful and their prices are great. The staff used to be friendly and helpful, and that was the main reason I chose it for donations. However, the last three times I've visited, to donate, the staff has been downright RUDE. The first time I attributed it to the staff member having a bad day- a fluke. The second time I was treated rudely, I had to call for someone at the donation door, and she snapped at me. (She was sitting at the desk on her phone). This time, I had not one, not two, but three people come out to be rude to me. I don't know what happened to their management, but this is pathetic! If they were volunteers, they need to be trained to avoid insulting and being hateful to those who donate; in other words, not to bite the hand that feeds them. Hopefully this will benefit the next person who comes to donate. As for me, I'm DONE. I'll find another church who will appreciate it. read more

While I agree that this is a beautifully decorated store that is clean and does have nice things, the reason I did NOT give it 5 stars is because so much of the merchandise has "DISPLAY ONLY - NOT FOR SALE" stickers on them. I like to go to thrift stores for a great price on something to add to my house, a shelf for the kitchen, a piece of furniture for the living room or dining room. I don't mind things being used but still usable. When you walk in the door at 10:10 the store is immediately visually appealing. It does have the sense of a boutique with cute little display vignettes, nice lighting, and even pallet board decoration added to sales counters and other areas of the store. The staff are friendly and the store is a ministry. These are all plusses. And I continue to shop there and donate there for these reasons. HOWEVER, many times while I am shopping I will see something that I really like and approach to check the price only to be disappointed to find that same old sticker that is on 80% of the furniture items in the store. "DISPLAY ONLY". I even saw it on a small glass paned terrarium shaped like a house that would be cute as a decoration in a living room or bedroom, not something they needed to use to display items. Evidently they like to keep certain things "in-house" to keep the look of the store. The problem is they don't need as many of those things as they have in order to keep the store looking like a beautiful thrift boutique. And it no doubt frustrates other shoppers when they keep finding things they like that are for "DISPLAY ONLY". Bottom line, beautiful store, friendly staff, clean, but they need to let a few things go to their customers to keep them happy too, read more
