As I just mentioned, this location is one of the larger of Dollar Tree's in the area and has A LOT of stuff! I usually hit DT up for a few essentials including shaving cream, kitchen utensils, general cleaning supplies...and snacks! In addition to those key areas they have a pretty extensive food section for a DT that weirdly includes some items that I don't necessarily trust at the $1 price...However, that does not mean that having frozen shrimp, burgers, lunch meats, cheese and other items isn't impressive for a Dollar Tree! While having so much stuff is fantastic on one end, the stocking of the shelves seems never ending at this location and that means that the store constantly looks like it's in the middle of a holiday rush with half empty shelves and countless boxes littering the aisles throughout the store. Service is hit and miss at this location, as you can get a nice cashier or one who is absolutely annoyed that you decided to stop in today. Additionally, they usually run with one cashier, as the other workers are stocking obviously, so the wait and lines can be a little longer than expected. Overall, I hit the Dollar Tree up when in need and I will continue to do so at this location as long as I live down the street!

I had my very first and it will be my last experience at this store! One of the first things I noticed upon entry was the clientele was largely African Americans so i hoped my experience with Food Depot would not be like other places I've visited that catered to blacks. The quality and prices are typically disappointing but as i made my way through i was hopeful. My first find was canned tuna marked @ .80 cent per can, but then i noticed produce items were slightly higher (if not outrageously higher ) than items i buy elsewhere. In the end my total came to $180.00 and when i asked the clerk where was the discount i kept hearing the manager speak of over the intercom, he laughed. It was only after loading food into vehicle i looked at my receipt again and noticed the 10% cost plus charge. I went back in the store to speak with manager who explained upfront pricing and stating they only charge the customer what they pay, which is laughable. I pointed out to him also i was overcharged for the Tuna. Instead of the .80 cents i was charged $1.09 (9x.29=$2.61) I'm sure other items on my receipt were charged incorrectly but I was too tired to debate with him and while he offered to refund me the difference I was not about to wait in line for $2.61 cents, but with the 10% added charge to my overall bill and the errors with pricing I most likely gave the store extra money which adds up for them. By the way, the red meats were already turning brown so on the freshness scale they get 2* VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

For example, a nine west ladies wedge sandal in black great condition was price around $8.99, then I see another nine-west wedge sandal in black poor condition almost identical but was priced at $17.99. the same as the handbags and accessories. it appears that they are maliciously pricing certain items higher or lower for certain consignors. Seems a bit shady to me. Staff is unfriendly, rude and stand offish towards certain customers and visitors. They are better thrift stores in the area.
