A woman had pointed at me and presumably said something negative about me ("He must be a thief! Don't you see that he doesn't have 20/20 vision?") I was just trying to mitigate the effects of my poor eyesight. After that woman pointed at me, the store staff followed me around the store as they would a suspected shoplifter, even though I have been a regular customer for years; literally since the day that this store opened, and far longer than that woman. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience. Is this how you treat your shoppers with disabilities?
