I noticed that this Target had a parking garage PLUS it was the closest and easiest/most direct drive from Logan Circle/Downtown. A note to travelers to D.C. Parking is a thing in D.C. (as well as turning lanes!) I'm from the Northeast, so I was surprised at the size of this Target. The Target is huge and has two levels. It's housed in a shopping center with other big department stores. I found everything I needed after exploring the layout. Another note to travelers to D.C. and not from their tri-state area - Target in D.C. sells alcoholic beverages if you want/need. The parking garage is paid, but it's a small fee for the convenience you get (as a traveler from out-of-town). From the perspective of a local, I can see how this is annoying if you are spending your money in the stores and also have to pay for parking. It would be nice if they adapted a receipt scanning system that allowed for complementary parking if you spend X amount of dollars. So in sum, this is a convenient resource if you are visiting/staying in the area and have a car.

Why the freight elevator is at the entrance of this place, I don't know, as it is a big obstacle to go around when entering and exiting.
