The store is both expansive and constraining at the same time; it's large and divided by normal and plus-sizing, but the selection in both is limiting. As in, tacky. I know the target audience is the urban/streetwear crowd, but honestly, one would find much cooler stuff at Up Against the Wall/Commander Salamander. To be more specific, I saw plasticky jackets with plasticky fur hoods (if there is such a thing as faux faux leather, that's it), a bunch of crumpled plaid linen shorts and smocked halter tops on the $6.99 rack, those tight, stiff cable-knit hoodies that you would find better quality of at American Eagle Outfitters or even F21, more plastic braided belts (of the bad, metallic variety) and print leggings that manage to be crazy in a bad way (and I happen to love crazy printed leggings). I mean, they've got like the Ed Hardy tattoo pattern on flesh tone. Ugh. I feel like they're a rip-off of a rip-off; trying to be crazy when they're not crazy enough. Yeah. I really enjoyed it and took my time. This place was well organized and well stocked with the items they had on hand. I was able to leisurely browse about and find items with ease. I wasn't here for anything in particular, but I did have a list in my head of items I might need. I went to each section of the store just to see what they had and found myself with a few more items than my arms could carry. I took that as a cue that I should probably make my way up front to pay and get out of here. Employees were super polite and helpful. Checking out here was a breeze and I had my items in hand quickly.

There were two people in the front (both masked) with gloves greeting people and another person cleaning the carts. All of the aisles have stickers telling you which direction to go. The aisles were clean and they were well stocked. The selection was pretty good. I'd go back.

I visited the Marshall's today looking for particular items…read more I was pleasantly surprised to find garments in my size and on clearance. I didn't notice one of the garments didn't have a price tag at all, and so when I went to the clerk to be rung up, she pointed it out. I told her that I got it from the same clearance rack, and that there were other garments on the rack of the same brand. She started speaking low and put it to the side; I was under the assumption that she would perhaps call an associate for assistance to find a similar item. No! She just put that item to the side! I told her, I still wanted it, and if it was possible to get something similar. The other garment set I was rung up for was the same price - clearance - and same THING - right down to the quantity in the set! It was just not the same brand. She then shrugged her shoulders and offered a sheepish smile, and I just took that as my indication that I was going to have to get this item myself. So I went - walk of shame - while there were associates in the area who were on walkie and could have easily been communicated with to find an item - to find it myself. I initially became frustrated when I returned to the queue and found it to have accumulated quite a line. I was relieved to see that the clerk waved me back to my spot - though I'm not sure if the customers in front of me were going to be serviced or were communicated with in any capacity... Asides from the lack of initiative from customer service - the merchandise selection is pretty broad and there is are generous clearance deals throughout the store. I was able to find what I was looking for and some things that crossed my mind.

Either the store overall no longer carries what I was looking for, or I may have missed it during the last season. I noticed they had what looked like a shawl to wear indoors and thought it would be perfect in keeping me warm. At the time I visited, there was a sale going on, so that helped a lot. They also had some sleepwear sets, but when I felt them, I noticed the material was very thin - more for maybe spring weather vs winter. I will look for that at a different store altogether. I did not stay long in this store. It was quick in and out. I still had good service when I checked out.

BUT on what is on everything that is great don't use it. I have no idea what watery nastiness is all up and through that container. The store seemed to be stocked pretty well, but was a little too crowded for me. I didn't find what I wanted, so out I went. As I was leaving, the staff were bringing in all of merchandise from outdoors, because it closes at 7p. Not sure if this is a panarama thing or something else.

There is a selection of restaurants that are a mix of national chains (Chik-fil-A, Chipotle, Starbucks) along with some that seem to be more local. I took off a star because getting in and out of the parking lot can be a bear quite often due to the volume of people shopping there. There are limited exits and especially trying to get out from the Lowe's/Chic-Fil-A side of the complex can result in quite a wait to get out. Glad it's here for when the local merchants further into the city don't have what I was looking for.

Fun fact: If you bring in an old pair of denim, they'll recycle it and use the denim for insulation in a home AND YOU'LL GET $20 off a new pair of jeans. A win-win!

This is my first time walking through PG Plaza in quite a while, and there were quite a few new stores, with a handful of classic ones. My only complaint is that I parked on the opposite end of the mall, not realizing where the store was specifically located, haha. Once I went inside, I really like the variety of what I was seeing. It was very obvious they were showcasing summer clothes, and the women, men, and children sections were clearly marked. The price is for everything were pretty good. I didn't have to use them, but I saw where the fitting rooms were, and from the outside those seemed nice too. I think my favorite part was that they had self check out. There were two separate lines you could go in... One for registers, and one for self checkout kiosks, which of course accepted card payments only. I ended up finding a few pieces I really liked outside of what I originally came for. I do wish they had more jackets, but they were already phasing those out for summer stuff. They have shoes, bags, jewelry, clothes for all ages, and even beauty and home decor. It gets pretty busy throughout the day so prepare for long lines if you aren't doing self checkout. The value is pretty good for what you get, so I don't think I see sales very often.
