Later we talked to an employee who said the cat is named Serena and is one of 40+ feral cats that they take care of. They got them all fixed and continue feeding them behind the store. If you end up getting a lot, the people at the front desk will put your items together with your name for you by the front desk. So the reason for the lower score - item quality. I definitely should have examined the items I bought more carefully. I bought two items that had faux leather on them and I noticed when I got home that the leather on both of them was ruined. With Burlington, it was on sale for less than $80. Definitely worth the purchase and feels very comfortable. Even co-workers said it looked nice.
