I ventured over to Ottawa Trainyards to check it out. I didn't really need anything, but I did get…read moresome cool items. While waiting for the traffic lights to change, I liked seeing a store directory. I came here without any knowledge of the stores here. I liked coming here to figure it out. The Trainyards is like Heartland Town Centre in Mississauga. It is a bunch of stores that cover a lot of land. Think of it as a neighbourhood of stores. You have to strategically figure out where to park and walk to the stores that are around you. During my visit, I parked a grand total of three times. I stopped by Michaels and got some good items that were on sale. I was a happy shopper! I then parked in front of the Gap outlet. I also visited Old Navy and Sail that were on either side of the store. I then decided to drive and check out what other stores were there. I spotted Kettleman's Bagel Co. and parked to have lunch. The selection of stores is cool. If you are more of a mall shopper, this setup may not be for you. If you do like box stores, you'd like it here. My only problem I had was dealing with a woman in a minivan who was waiting for me to leave my spot to pull through. She actually honked at me. I didn't appreciate it and gave her a signal to say that I was staying. I was pulling up my GPS and I was under no obligation to move out of a parking spot to convenience an impatient idiot. (289)

There's a Kettleman's Bagel shop here; wish we had one in Kanata / Stittsville! The mall was big enough to be inviting to return. We will definitely come back! And I will update this review when we do.

Giving a 1 star review is over rating. "I purchased this sofa set expecting high quality and…read moredurability, given its so high price tag. Initially, it looked great and felt comfortable, but after only 1 month of use, the cushions lost their shape and became flat, the fabric started to wear down and fray, and the frame developed squeaks. For such an expensive set, I expected much better durability. I've tried to reach out to customer service, but I didn't receive the support I anticipated. It's incredibly frustrating to invest so much in a sofa that just can't hold up to normal use. I'm very disappointed with this purchase and would not recommend it to anyone, especially considering the price point. There are far better options out there for the money."

They delivered to my home and I found the 3 seater faulty wood. So, I did not take it. they took it back and then delivered again a faulty one. I did not take this also. then they said "come to our store, we will open the sofa for you, then you can check, we will deliver after that". I went to their store today (Saturday), checked and found the sofa faulty again. They told me to go their again on coming Wednesday. I live 35 km far from the store. its wasting of my time, harassing me a lot.. I will not buy anything from here for sure.. Is there any authority so I can complain against them? they dont seem to be honest businessmen..

The food court is not bad either. They have quiet a few different options like Burrito Gringo, Taco bell/KFC, Tim Hortons, ect. They also have some food options on the first floor like Kernels, Cinnabon and Purdy's where you can get scoops of ice cream. The light rail also connects to this mall which is nice. What I find this mall lacks: Clothing stores like H&M, and Zara, and a Sephora would be nice. I find they have an outdated selection of stores and I would love to see new ones pop up. Parking is parking, its never fun during busy holiday times, and it can get a bit messy here (nothing compares to parking at Bayshore though, lol). I don't come here to drop a pretty penny, more so just to walk around and hit up some of the food options and Toys R Us when I am trying to kill some time.

TL;DL/The Short Version: Home improvement/hardware store…read more Very big. Ok selection of indoor plants in March. The Long Version: We are looking for a new sink for our laundry room, so stopped by this Home Depot to look at sinks. They had a few options which we are considering. Since I recently started getting into plants, I also took a look at their indoor plants section. It was March and the selection was not bad. The plants were in ok shape in general. No plants looked in really rough shape like I saw at the RONA down the street. However, I was looking for a Pilea Peperomioides and they had quite a few at a good price ($7.99), but none nice and healthy enough that I wanted to take home. They all had some scarred, yellowing or dead leaves. They had some cute succulents though that I would have gotten if I was in the market for them at the time. Plants at big box stores don't usually get the best care, but they are much cheaper than at speciality shops, so that's the trade-off. Plants, aside, this Home Depot location is really big and has all the usual items you need for home improvement projects. The washrooms here were exceptionally clean during my visit and I like how the exit door is a push and not a pull. I hate having to pull a handle after I have freshly washed my hands, lol. This location is a bit tucked away, you can't see it from the street. Lots of free parking. Review #89 (2025)

The store is bright, and the aisles are wider with a lot more variety of products to chose from. P.S. their candy aisle is heaven. The produce is why I come here in the first place. I trust their quality and the prices are not bad either. I love how they have stations to get hot food, like burgers, fries and pizza. I recommend their fries, and usually always get some at the end of my shopping trip. They remind me of chip wagon fries, and are cooked and salted perfectly. Their poutine is also amazing. They still have their famous salad bar and hot bar, but due to covid, the salads are pre packaged and ready to grab, although if you still want to make your own, they have an employee working that section to serve you. There is a bridgehead coffee shop inside this location as well. Parking lot has improved with plenty of spaces. I cannot say enough good things about the new store.

It's a bit of a lost art these days to pack groceries properly, so thank you to their training team.
