One item has a rip in it. Their response from customer service is that I need to bring this $5 item to one of their locations to be inspected before I'm provided a refund. In a DONOTREPLY email. Basically they just shut down any online communication when their item is defective even though you ordered through their online site because it's convenient. It's NOT convenient to have to drag my children on a bus to one of your locations to have a shirt inspected. If I wanted that I would have simply shopped in person at your store and inspected the merchandise I was purchasing before bringing it home with me. Now you want me to spend more on bus fair alone than the item is worth, plus my time, plus the frustration of the ordeal simply to have a shirt replaced. No thank you. It will go in the garbage and I will simply scratch you off my list of stores I purchase from. Worst customer service I've ever encountered.

Evelyn, really took the time to connect with my daughter and find out what we both were looking for. She took a lot of care wrapping the special dresses in clothes bags and making sure that my daughter felt very special too. They had some new items like Funko Pops and Squishmallows, while I was there, but I guess these depend on donations, perhaps these were from a business (?) They also had some used video games and controllers. They also have (new) Big Brothers and Big Sisters merchandise. Staff are friendly. I believe that many of them are volunteers. You can also find more traditional/normal kids clothing items (t-shirts, gloves, hats) but overall Tickled Pink tends to cater to childhood fantasy outfits. The prices are pricey - the one-piece outfits go for around $80 and the princess gowns go for around $60 a piece. But, for the smile that will appear on your daughter's face, it is worth it.

The salesperson was not lazy, called North Face and told us these pants are under warranty. We got a full refund and since they had a sale we got similar pants and a nice refund. She removed approximately 10 items for no good reason. Saying they should have been priced individually. 1 item was a pair of Sears pink corduroy overalls in an infant size. Another item was a Polo Ralph Lauren shirt size 2. All this happened after waiting in a lineup of over 30 people and a shortage of staff. I should have left it all. I'm reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. Staff are just making up random reasons why baby clothes cannot be in the bag. I don't plan to shop here again.
