You've got to have patience and look through the entire rack (organized by size) but it's worth it. You will find something great at 10% of the original price. Also, clothing is very clean... I even my my shoes here. I've found: Isabel Marant boots, Gucci loafers, moschino heels, Sam Edelman wedge boots, Stuart Weitzman oxfords... I could go on.

But similar to my relationship with cheese, I just can't stay mad at it for long. So I've made a deal with myself: from now on it's only high-quality dairy goodness (read: no Cracker Barrel); and Value Village is only to be visited in decidedly select locations. This particular establishment just so happens to have made the cut. As far as lame big-box thrift stores go, this one is pretty fantastic (relatively speaking, I mean it's still a shitty thrift store). Organized, clean, decent selection, and genuinely friendly and animated staff mean that I don't feel like I've been totally ripped off after I've left with yet another sequined top. A rarity in the infinite megathrift empire, the Langley location leaves me feeling like there just might be Value in this Village after all (cheese!).

The selection is decent and I rarely cannot find something that I'm looking for(+1). The prices are among the best around (+1). I don't buy produce from here, even though it's available, so I have no comment about the quality of their produce. They also keep their shelves stocked and will have someone restock a shelf (at least partially) if it's empty during the day. (+1) There are two issues that I have with the Langley Walmart location. They have removed nearly all of their regular checkout isles and replaced them with self checkout kiosks, half of which are non-functional or closed. If my memory serves, there are now only six regular tills and they are often not staffed. Past a certain point each night, only the self checkout kiosks appear to be open. (-1) The number of staff on the floor are also few and far between. (-1) However, the staff are great. They genuinely seem to want to help. (+1)

I assumed it is just the cost of living price increases. I was not impressed at the roll back sign because it came off as a fake sale. Otherwise, there was barely any staff working in the store. But the moment you walk through the doors, that impression completely disappears. This place is *absolutely massive* and honestly feels more like a toy museum than a retail store. Everywhere you look, there are themed displays, huge figures, and shelves packed with collectibles. It's almost overwhelming in the best way possible. One of the standout highlights is their Funko Pop selection. I've never seen anything like it--entire walls filled top to bottom with Funkos from *Star Wars*, *Marvel*, *DC*, anime, movies, and so many niche categories. If you're a collector, you could easily spend hours just browsing that section alone. Beyond Funkos, the variety of figures is insane. They have everything from small collectible figurines to larger, highly detailed statues and even life-sized pieces. Whether you're into classic toys or high-end collectibles, there's something here for everyone. The second level is where the nostalgia really kicks in. It's packed with retro toys and older collectibles that bring you right back to childhood. It's a really cool contrast to the newer items downstairs and makes the whole store feel even more special. At the back, there's also a huge LEGO section with tons of sets, plus a great selection of trading card games like Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering. It's clear they've put a lot of thought into covering every kind of hobby and interest. Overall, this isn't just a toy store--it's an experience. What starts off feeling like a normal visit quickly turns into something unforgettable. Whether you're a serious collector or just browsing, this place is 100% worth checking out.

I strongly suggest the owner/manager retrain their employees on how to deal properly with customers. SHAME ON THEM!!!
