She came off standoffish, judgmental, and not comforting. I most recently saw a different waxer after that experience. I brought my current products and while Lola had some ideas about using a few different products that would be better for me, she suggested that I use what I had until it is done. She said that my products were good for my skin, but it could be better. She did not push any products on me. Lola is very knowledgeable and caring, i was in good hands! I plan to go once a month from now on.
