I'm 17. Decided to get a beautiful Sakura tree for a tattoo, it was my first tattoo ever…read more Everything was scheduled fine, 2 month wait but that's expected. Anyways so we go there, they had 0 communication with me, basically saying "this is the design we came up with you can take it or leave it" and we already paid the advance payment so there was no backing out of it. It wasn't really the design I was looking for but I decided to go along with it anyways, as it still looked kinda nice. I was put in the "loving" hands of the "experienced" owner of the place. The experience was absolutely horrendously painful. I still put up with it though. It was my first tattoo, how am I supposed to know how bad the pain is supposed to be? Well now, a month later, I asked my friends who also have tattoos (who guided me through aftercare, since their aftercare plan was utter garbage) and they said that it wasn't supposed to be like that, and it was probably blowout. I google the symptoms, and sure enough, it's tattoo blowout. This explains the pain, he was extremely rough and penetrated way too deep into my skin. I have to live with this smudged piece of garbage on my arm for the rest of my life, and I paid $200 for it. Thanks Canadian Red Dragon!

Shame on you Canadian Red Dragon! We received horrible service when attempting to schedule…read moremultiple appointments. First time an appointment was booked, due to living outside of Sudbury we had to take the day off to attend. We did not receive a call from Canadian Red Dragon until 20 minutes before the appointment, at which time they informed the appointment was cancelled as the "artist" Laurier did not attend work. The staff at Canadian Red Dragon proceeded to indicate that we were a "no show" for this appointment on our deposit form. I then rescheduled a second appointment and advised that if we had a conflict I would contact the Canadian Red Dragon to reschedule. We did not reschedule this appointment as we did not have any conflicts. Again we drive to Sudbury for what was supposed to be a scheduled appointment but was informed that there was never a scheduled appointment. At this time the staff are saying that they attempted to contact me numerous times and left numerous voicemail messages... FALSE, I did not receive any phone calls or voicemail messages. I inform them that we are no longer going to get our tattoos from Canadian Red Dragon and inform that we would attend to pick up our deposit. When we arrived for our deposit the women who does the piercings advised that the "artist" Laurier is only willing to return half our deposit. I informed that no work was done and we had been jerked around, therefore we should receive our full deposit. Rather than explaining their policy around deposits, the piercing lady goes to the back to get Laurier. Laurier comes out and aggressively says that we can take him to court for the rest of the deposit. I proceed to inquire about his full name, at which time Laurier begins to raise his voice, stomp towards me and begin to yell. I also became inappropriate at this time as Laurier flat out threatened to hit me and drag me out of the store. I am 100% positive he would have placed his hands on me had I not had a witness with me. Laurier remained in my personal space threatening my personal and physical safety until I proceeded to leave the store. The girl that does the piercing begins to tell me how classy I was acting and making other rude inappropriate comments. Shame on Canadian Red Dragon and their pour customer service skills and threatening the safety of two female customers!

Where to even start!? I called to book a simple finger tattoo, a hollow heart. I was asked on the…read morephone if I had an artist in mind and I said I had never been to their shop before. When she asked what I wanted done and I told her she stated "oh anyone can do that" (false. Clearly) she told me I'd be seeing Lindsay. I went in for my consult where I paid in full for my tattoo. (Their minimum fee) I should have known then what I was getting into. The shop smelt of cigarette, but they seemed nice so I figured. "What's the worst that can happen?" Went in for my tattoo two days later. The appointment was quick and painless. Weird I thought. Though it was a small tattoo I should have still felt something. Nothing. As well as no plasma that occurs with tattoos. Oh well. 2 days later I noticed the tattoo was surface only. Sent a picture, and she agreed to fixing it. Perfect! (Side note Im aware finger tattoos fade, this was not faded. It was incomplete. A tattoo will not fade in less than 48 hours) Went in a week later. She decided to free hand my heart. (Stupid me for allowing her to) This time it hurt quite a bit on one side of the heart but not much on the other. She wrapped it and off I went. Quite a bit of plasma this time so it was blurry under the bandage. Wasn't until I removed it that I noticed it was not at all a symmetrical heart. 3/4 of it is straight and then 1/4 is wonky and does not line up at the bottom of the heart. Send her a msg directly on Instagram where she denied messing up, refused to finish my tattoo unless I paid the full amount again, and was more focused on the fact that I left the shop with a wonky tattoo, not at all concerned with the fact that a paid customer was not having to deal with a sub par tattoo. Her work. I do NOT recommend.
