All the while, it was clear that the staff was putting the work in, cutting each slice or prosciutto individually with scissors and interacting well with guests when appropriate. Additionally, I got carbonara arancini, which was truly the standout of the meal. It was crispy and crunchy on the outside and cheesy on the inside.
