So I booked a night to stay over on our way to Charlevoix. The Good: certainly that breakfast earns its reputation. It's conventional but really good, as is the coffee. Service in the cafe also quite good. The Bad: bedbugs. Found in the bedsheets. I get the feeling the staff knows they have a problem because when we brought it up they were indifferent to it. Did not make for a good nights sleep. The Other: scenery around the hotel is pretty nice, quiet and peaceful. Parking is street parking.

We purchased milk chocolate marshmallow treat that we devoured right there on the spot. The atmosphere was charming and the service delightful. Felix was the name of the young man at the shop who provided a history of the area. They also have a restaurant and accommodations at this family owned business. I wish I had taken pictures at the location and food is absolutely breathtaking!
