After over 2 weeks of no updates, I called asking for any information. They said I didn't pay for shipping to my house, which I guess was a misunderstanding, but that they had both items that I ordered at the store waiting for me. I come to pick my items up and I only receive one out for two items, the lady saying they didn't have the other one. The employees response to saying that I was told on the phone by the manager that both my items were in stock was that "they lied". I then ask to just get a refund for the jacket because not only have i not even gotten it, I didn't want to drive another 40 minutes back. She said that they don't do refunds.
