I was exploring my options while shopping for scrubs recently and decided to order with this business online to save a few dollars. I ordered several sets of scrubs on 12/3 and did not receive any shipment information until I followed up 13 business days later on 12/20. This was a Christmas gift so I was extremely frustrated that one of the tops did not ship, I inquired about this on 12/22 and did not receive a response until I followed up 7 days later. The last top did not ship until 1/25, that is nearly two months after the order was placed. This company has piss poor customer service. My advice would be to pay the extra money and order elsewhere.

I came in Saturday afternoon I purchased top and bottom. my total was 68.50 at first until I said "oh my" Julie took it upon herself to say "one moment I have something that'll work" . she discounted my items , I then went home and realized they didn't fit comfortably. I went back in Sunday to attempt to exchange . But Julie had a disgusting look on her face and instantly said "no it's final sale" I said "it was never actually on sale you applied the sale to something full price" she said "I'll never give out sales again , it smells like weed" she then snatched my pants and bags and said "fine I'll deal with it" I looked her in disbelief with such nasty costumer service and rude remarks to a buying costumer. She was giggling and whispering who knows what. I told her to treat others kind and she laughed and said "right, you don't need to be shopping here" . I instantly dropped my jaw grabbed my items and left.

She brought them in a bag with the tags included and when trying to return, the associate accused her of wearing the scrubs and stated that it was against the return policy to accept scrubs back with the tag taken off. She wasn't willing to show her the policy anywhere and stated that she wouldn't be getting a refund. My wife will not be purchasing scrubs here ever again and will not be recommending this company to anyone who needs scrubs.

(?!). Out of curiosity I asked what led her to want to work in a Catholic store. She said she more works for the uniform company and she goes where God leads her to share HER (Protestant) faith. I browsed for a few minutes and when I went to check out, she started saying something nonsensical - and not asked about- saying Jesus IS the Holy Spirit. I thought maybe she was just confused, but she kept rolling saying something about, "The Bible says (yada yada yada)." I took the high road and just said something about Jesus and the Holy Spirit are together in the one Holy Trinity and left. Note to store owner: since I was informed today one of you is retiring and the uniform company is going to take over their portion of the business, you might want to avoid Protestants working in your store and spewing Protestant beliefs. I mean they went so far out of their way to help me, to the point where I'm suspicious whether certain reviews were a disgruntled ex employee or partner. The staff seem to mesh well and have a fun environment. I emailed Lauren about my disappointment that it had never been communicated to me that l would not be receiving my gloves, leaving me in a bind for the weekend. Not more than three hours later, a different driver appeared at my shop with TWO cases of the medium gloves! They found them on another driver's truck. So grateful for this service! Highly recommend!
