I contacted him about cutting my grass like a month ago, he gets back an entire week later and apologized. So I decided to give him another chance and contacted him yesterday about cutting my grass today and he said he could cut it. He called me today and I was busy at the time couldn't answer it. I text him and no response so unprofessional and he never came by today like he said he would. I believe he doesn't care about lower paying jobs like $50 and under because I have a small yard that he charges $45 for, but he shouldn't ignore his lower paying customers just because he might have gotten a bigger job somewhere else. Very unprofessional and very rude to ignore a past customer. Will never contact him again. Don't use his services.

I even went as far as to send him pictures of the actual hot water heater that I had chosen (4500w/50 gallon, Electric) He said he would pick it up at the Home Depot in Dunwoody, then call me and they would take my credit card over the phone. I took a day off from work. On the day of the install, he sent me a picture of the hot water heater he was about to purchase. It was a 5500W/40 gallon. He then called me and I explained to him that the 5500W required heavier amperage wiring and that also I specifically requested the 4500w and a 50 gallon, not 40 gallon. To which he made some lame excuse about miss-reading the tag. I also reminded him that the utility closet was small, and I had previously sent him pictures. I told him that the closet would not accommodate any tank larger than 22 inches in diameter. At this point, he said "this is not going to be worth my time" and attempted to give me someone else's phone number. At this point I hung up. I certainly wasn't going to take a recommendation from him. I texted him later in the day to express my disappointment, and told him that my review of his business would reflect my dissatisfaction. He replied back saying: "Listen buddy just make sure you tell the truth. Mr Lincoln said we're all free. I'm allowed to refuse service if I find the job is going to exceed my abilities. I did nothing wrong. But you go right ahead and exercise your opinions." If a simple, hot water heater installation exceeds his abilities, then he went to the wrong booth at career day, and should sue his guidance counselor! He has a very aggressive tone on the phone and will not let you get a word in edgewise. So not only did I waste an off day, I'm still without my new hot water heater. It's unfortunate that Yelp does not allow you to give a zero star rating. There are a lot of electrician/plumber/contractors out there, and I sincerely hope that Corey Pattison is not the one you choose when you're considering your next project

I was hesitant and didn't want to work with him when he said he only accepted cash app as a payment method. I should not have ignored that red flag. He was extremely pushy that we pay him on time according to the contract but he didn't actually do the work according to what we agreed. The first day of work on 12/16 went relatively well. He promised to be here early on the second day then later told us he doesn't work on Sundays. He showed up very late in the day most days and made his crew work past dark because of his poor time management, which seems very unsafe. He dropped a tree limb on one of his chainsaws which was 100% his fault, but he used that to keep trying to guilt us into giving him more money. When the crane truck came to remove the tree limbs and body Anthony said he was out of money to pay the truck and had the owner of the crane truck company call and tell us that he would dump everything back in our yard if we didn't give them the rest of the money now. He destroyed our brick retaining flower bed/wall, damaged our driveway in multiple places, He personally insulted my wife and said he was only willing to talk to the husband when she told him she just needed a timeline of when the work would be done because he had not shown up by 3pm on that day, but kept saying he would finish the work that day. Starting on 1/18 he would say he was going to get the work finished each day. He said he was going to get the stump grinder out on 12/22 - 12/22. On 12/26, he said he had scheduled someone to come out on 12/28. Nobody ever showed up, and he refused to us the name of the company he sub-contracted to do the stump grinding or give us any info about them. He never returned to our property after 12/23. We had to pay to finish the job because he walked off. He left our yard in ruins, destroyed a large brick flower bed, and cracked our driveway in several places. We have already filed a claim against his insurance and pending the results of that, we are considering taking him to court.
