Anyway, once we set the date and time he was super communicative, the whole time. He showed up on time with all of his materials ready to work. Once the hole was covered he even went to Home Depot to get the exact color paint for my ceiling. I felt very comfortable with Javier who was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I feel I received a fair price for the work that was done. He definitely went above and beyond and I can't even tell where that hole was before, he did a great job and cleaned up nicely afterwards. The problem was the single gate was not level and hangs at an angle. I will admit I did not notice this until the company had been paid in full and left the premises. I notified the fence company once I noticed the fence and sent them a picture of the single gate and asked them to please straighten it or we will discuss getting it replaced if that is what needs to be done. I have too small dogs I felt could get through the opening. I heard back from the fence company and they were very nice. They said they wanted me to be happy and would go over a solution to straighten the gate and would call me and we could discuss it. They never called me to discuss anything and It is clear they feel they are finished with the job. The mistake we made was paying in full for the job. If we had held back some money I am sure they would have come back to straighten the fence. So what we have learned from this experience is pay a deposit and give the balance at the end. We have learned our lesson.

TLDR: I would not hire this company. Not only am I very disappointed with the diagnosis process and…read morethe repair that did not address the issue that I called them for but also with the failure of their management to address my concerns. I called Plumbing Express to investigate and resolve a water leak in my kitchen ceiling. The leak was directly below my master bathroom toilet, which my sister and I had already narrowed down by tapping on the kitchen ceiling downstairs while listening upstairs, where the sound was clearly strongest near the master bathroom toilet. The technician briefly inspected both bathrooms but focused on my sister's bathroom on the opposite side of the house after noticing a damp sponge under the toilet tank. My sister explained the sponge was there because she sprays and cleans the toilet regularly, not because of a leak. The plumber then cut open the kitchen ceiling drywall, stated the leak was coming from the water supply line from my sister's toilet, and performed a complete toilet tank rebuild for $450. After the repair, he gave me a card for a company that performs restorations and recommended I call them to inspect for subfloor damage. When that restoration company arrived, they immediately stated there was no way the ceiling leak could have originated from the secondary bathroom because of the location and no evidence of water stains. They recommended another plumber and a leak detection company come out to find the leak before they performed any work. I contacted a second plumber, who agreed the leak was much more likely connected to the master bathroom toilet directly above the leak area. Finally, I hired a leak detection company, and they also confirmed the leak aligned with the master bathroom location, not the secondary bathroom Plumbing Express repaired. At this point, three separate professionals have stated the leak could not have originated from the bathroom Plumbing Express serviced. I paid $450 for a repair that did not address the actual problem I originally called about. In Response to Ty G: Your response is totally incorrect. I would not have called the second plumber and the leak detection company if your recommended restoration company had not told me that the leak was not identified. The pictures taken are of the secondary bathroom not the master as we discussed in our phone call. It is totally "disingenuous" for you to now state that the master toilet was the issue. This validates everything I thought about your company. Others beware!

I made a great decision when I hired Rene to replace my old deck. Not only was the quality of the work done by him and his crew great, but they were wonderful to work with. I appreciated their sense of humor when they answered and explained in response to my ignorant questions. I was somewhat sorry to see them go, but eager to use my new deck. RG Remodeling totally redid my bathroom with incredible results! Rene Godinez came out, discussed all of the options and set a date to start work. When he started our project, he worked every day until it was finished. Each day he cleaned up and made sure everything was ready for the next day's work. He hired a plumber and electrician for us and created new walls, ceiling, and floor. He converted an old bathtub area to a standup shower. He also installed a heated floor, which I truly love. I needed tile grouted around my garden tub and some repairs to indoor stair spindles and post. Rene and his team went out of their way to match stain and made very professional repairs. We cannot tell where the repairs were even made because they matched the stain and reformed damaged spindles chewed by a dog. The tub is sealed now and he even sealed other areas around the tub and shower we didn't know needed attention. read more

He diagnosed the problem as a small leak in the roof and went about fixing that, testing it to make sure the leak didn't reoccur and then he did a beautiful job, patching sanding and painting the ceiling such that I cannot even tell where the repair occurred. I would highly recommend him as he was more than easy to work with, very communicative, and very fair on his pricing. An important consideration for me was that he was able to do this within a timeframe of three days prior to my next guest arriving. I am so appreciative to Javier for all his excellent work. We hired JMR Home Services for a basement finishing project that began around September 2025…read more Unfortunately, the experience was very stressful. Communication and project management were inconsistent throughout the job, which required far more homeowner oversight and repeated follow-up than we expected just to keep work moving. Several workmanship and finish-quality issues arose during the project, including items that remained unresolved near the end. A walkthrough was conducted, the full balance ($50,835) was paid, and the county completed the final inspection and issued the Certificate of Occupancy. Despite this, remaining finish items were not completed and follow-up stopped. Closeout communication also became unnecessarily confrontational despite our consistent good-faith efforts to resolve issues and bring the project to a proper conclusion. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company.

Mark did a wonderful job repairing my 150 ft railroad tie wall in my back yard where the dirt had…read moreeroded and the wall was starting to shift in one area. He installed 4 structural posts, replaced ties and repaired as needed. He is an extremely hard worker and goes above and beyond to get the job done. His bid included addressing the structural issues instead of just replacing ties at a very good bid while the other 2 contractors just wanted to replace ties and never discussed the lack of dead men/supports in one area of the wall. He cleaned up after he was done and it was left immaculate. I would highly recommend Mark and would call on him again. Very friendly and good man, one of the best contractors I've hired.
