Once our food was ready, they forgot to make the order to go rather than to eat out. HOWEVER, for the genuine mistake, staff gave us a strawberry stick drizzled in dark chocolate for free for the wait. I thought that was very decent of them to do and we were grateful to be able to try something else on the menu. One thing that did stick out is the game posted on the wall next to the ordering station. There's a timer you have to stop directly on the 10 second mark and you get a free item. It was fun watching customers pour in and try their shot at a free treat.
