Ordered a supreme pizza last week and it had the least toppings I've ever seen on a pizza. I doubt there was a cup of cheese on the entire large pizza and they were stingy on the other toppings, too. Domino's won't be on the list of places to order from for a while. read more

Domino's Pizza has to be the worst pizza in the business. The one from Albertville has low quality. The crust and toppings were terrible. I will never eat there again. read more

We've been ordering from the Albertville location for the past 5 years consistently once or twice a month and oftentimes more. Initially, we had no complaints however, the last few times we've ordered we've received either the wrong pizza (that could possibly be due to the app) or they simply did not prepare our order and as of tonight, we ordered our normal three pizza's. Two of which were correct however, one we simply added bacon to in addition to banana peppers. I always do a window pickup just in case the delivery drivers are too busy as they oftentimes are. So tonight we arrived home and immediately upon opening the pizza box with the bacon we were met with a foul odor. My husband first grabs a piece and took a bite and after a few chews grabbed a napkin and spit it out. I began thoroughly observing the pizza and the bacon looked darker than normal but I assumed it was normal due to the cooking process as well as it being a thin crust pizza. So I decided I would try as my husband doesn't care for banana peppers and that could be the issue but no! Once I took the smallest bite the smell was too much and I ran to the trash. I again looked it over again before making the decision to call the store to inform them as my daughter and myself suffered from food poisoning last year just last year after only eating Domino's and Milo's Sweet Tea however, after being put on a two minute hold I was met with "that's impossible because I've sold bacon all night with no complaints " from the manager on duty. Then she stated "I can give you a number to call for replacement." I explained, that was not my reasoning for calling as I actually have enough point to have gotten my order for free but instead, I paid for my entire order and I was not looking for a "free replacement" my reasoning for calling is this could possibly be a health concern as well as make someone extremely sick but instead, she rambled over me and proceeded to hang up. I was in no way rude or blaming the employees as I understand things happen so it's troubling as to why she spoke over me and hung up as if I offended her. This is NOT okay! Ordering from this location has been more than a headache lately. Even when driving up to the window you must repeat yourself several times due to the loud music playing in the store. This will be my families last time ordering from Domino's and I will follow up with the Marshall County Health Department to ensure no other customer is treated as if they're simply trying to score something for free although they paid $30.00 for food that should be edible. I would have gladly drove the uneaten pizza back to the store to get their feedback. This is NOT how any business should treat their customers!! read more

NEVER AGAIN! Ordered 2 pizzas on their app. Ran a couple local errands before picking them up but was still a little early so went in and sat down for about 7 min. The app kept saying it was still being prepped. This is 15+ min after ordering. Only one item in oven that was just being taken out. Girl with pink hair making pizzas was constantly gossiping on her hands free cell. She was prepping two diff pizzas with mine nowhere in sight. asked girl up front where mine was? She said and assumed two other pizzas were mine and stated so. I said no they had veggies. That's when we both noticed pink head girl prepping mine 20 min into the order. And they weren't even busy! Gossiping girl should stay off the phone and pay more attention to customers. Cancelled and left! Local Pizza Hut and Marcos much better than this crappy place! read more

Everyone knows Covid-19 changed everything. This poor review I blame on Corporate. You must pay employees a living wage if you want to keep them. Firstly the website is okay until you get to the pay function. I often use PayPal to pay for online purchases since it's safer, but Domino's website always times out before it will use PayPal. I've also had to put in multiple credit cards because sometimes a credit card will be rejected even though it is good. And the website said my delivery would be to my home in 30 minutes when I ordered. 1 hour later when we called our local Domino's we were told it would be at least another hour before our pizzas would be delivered. Maybe they just say that because they know you won't order if it's a 2-hour delivery time. Of course the pizzas arrived cold. So then it's fire up the stove break out the pizza pans just as if we were cooking our own pizza. We'll be dropping Domino's as our go to pizza delivery. read more

Normally I'm very satisfied with my local Dominos, but not so much this time. I don't know if it's that it too longer than usual to get my pizza or the fact that the Dominos Tracker did not update at all. Even with my pizza now it's still not updated. I think it was a mix of both though because it has never taken an hour for me to get my pizza. I'm not familiar with this is particular delivery woman so it's possible she's just new so I don't really hold much against her for it, but it would at least be nice to have a functional Tracker because this is the second time in a row I've used it and it has not worked correctly. Normally very satisfied with the pizzas themselves, but one of my boxes was way overcooked. I'll still order again because I'm usually very happy with this Dominos, but this batch was just not as good. Granted, even with it not being as good as I've had before, it's still miles better than the local Pizza Hut! read more
