My pizza was cold the manager was very rude and basically brushed off what ever my husband was asking her. My daughter was home visiting as she is in the military and Mater's is Always her favorite place to eat, however, she cannot eat Italian sausage and we asked the manager to substitute it off the pizza and the large salad, she in her rude voice plainly said that she could not do that. Also, our pizza was cold. I have never experienced this type of service in all the years my family has been coming here. Not sure I will return back to eat again.

Not much business at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Wednesday. One of the servers had her kids there and they were running back and forth chasing each other.
