This is the Burger Man, with Best Burgers in America Association, and taking a break from burgers so my wife and I stopped here for lunch, and we got their Chicken Wraps, a side Salad, an order of nuggets, and all of it was really good quality, and great customer service. The only complaint is that the romaine lettuce they use on their Wraps is not of good quality. Wilted, and terrible looking, and the taste is not the best. I do recommend this location. My family and I live in Arab and we love to eat here when have the opportunity. The staff is always friendly and the service is top notch! Anytime you visit this location you feel welcomed and you know your business is wanted as you walk through the door. The restaurant just has a warm feel to it. I've tried so many items on their menu, but my go tos are the chicken biscuit and a soda for breakfast and a spicy deluxe meal for either lunch or dinner. This was the best experience ever that I had at a Chick-fil-A! All Chick-fil-As have courteous and efficient staff but this one went above and beyond! I pulled up and in less than 2 minutes they got my order in the system The same lady that took my order also took my money! She was ready for credit or cash. So I didn't have to go to another cashier to make a cash payment. I ordered a grilled chicken with waffle fries and both items were extremely hot and fresh! My best sandwich yet! Love this business and their food but last time I ordered boneless wings they tasted off and made me sick. My husband loves their salads but some lettuce only bottom where you can't see it is wilted and gooey. Be careful with ordering the salad to go. read more

This Chick-fil-A has got to be the worst I've been to! The ONLY reason I give this one 2 stars is that the people who work there are so friendly! The management in my guesstimate is not has fantastic. Only making an observation since the drive-thru service takes forever! I shouldn't have to wait 10-15 mins for my food. Which leads me to believe that they are 1. Understaffed? 2. Don't know how to properly budget food to people? 3. Too cheap to address any issues with getting more people to work or get the food timing better?!?! Like seriously I don't understand why it takes so long for fries and chicken nuggets?? And it's not an exaggeration when I say 10-15 min wait!! So there is a problem... and I know it's not just me because there can be 3 other cars that have to "pull forward" after me!! AND I don't want a free chick fil a coupon for my wait, I just want my food on time!! I have to some of the busiest stores in Huntsville and NEVER have to wait more than a few mins! Well I love Chick -fil-A. This has never been my favorite location but will do every now and then. Last sandwich I got was awful. I get mine extra done. The chicken didn't cover half the bun. It had a fat part that was full of fatty grizzly yucky substance. Inedible. Line was so long and inside was so busy I just threw it away and left. This is not the first time I have had bad chicken. I have notice that it has shrunk way down in size. Besides that it is a good place to eat. JUST DONT eat THE CHICKEN!! read more

Dirty floors and tables. Don't look under chairs and booths, old food all over. Hard to find a clean table, although the restaurant was nearly empty. Reminds me of a McDonalds. Found 3 nice long, black hairs in my chicken wrap. Definitely not one of the better CFAs out there. Ok. The baby sister and I stopped by here on the way to our store to pick up some lunch, chose the drive through. It was almost two in the afternoon, and I couldn't figure out why they were so backed up. It took over twenty minutes to get our food, which was as excellent as it always is, by the way. Five cars in the drive through, and over twenty minutes? Something was amiss here. Once we got to the window, I could see inside and we both could tell that there was no problem with the staff. They were mulling around, not hurried at all, must have been an equipment issue. Whatever it was, the young lady that was waiting on us told us that she was sorry about fifteen times, and actually sounded like she meant it. First she offered us free drinks, that we had not ordered, and then when she brought the food out, she gave us a refund for the entire purchase price! She didn't offer a refund, she just gave it, all with a smile on her face. Folks could learn quite a bit from this place. They strive for great customer service, and when something gets in the way of that, they just slam that obstacle to the ground and offer it anyway. Almost a $30 order, comped, without request from the customer, nor offer from the young lady, I was impressed. All these stores are run well. Staff is friendly, service is top notch. This goes above and beyond that. This was seeing a problem and fixing it, on the spot. Not a question, not a flinch, just action. I would have paid for that meal, it was phenomenal. They should have done something to make it better, and they did. They always had a customer in me and my family, now they have an advocate. Anyone that wants to learn how to run a business can get more from sitting around here and watching these kids work than you could in a hundred hours of classes. read more

We ate at this Chick-fil-A location for the first time this week. Very pleased. Ordered our meals using their App - only problem was that we didn't get the quantity of sauce we requested, but they fixed that immediately. Clean restaurant, polite and squared-away staff, great food! Will visit this location again soon! read more

I had a great experience with this Chick-Fil-A today when they made and delivered a nugget tray and a cookie tray to the Lake Guntersville State Park Lodge for a conference event. The order had been called in incorrectly, but I was able to get things straight with one of their managers even during their lunch rush. 3 hours later I had exactly what I needed, even a little earlier than requested. It was a positive experience and they are very professional! Edit : I'd like to mention that as a whole, Chick-Fil-A is not even close to a favorite of mine - but this 5-star review is based on their location doing exactly what they're supposed to be doing! read more
