I ordered two large New York style two topping pizzas from this location on Monday 3/2. There was no status feedback on the pizza tracker about my order. After a 40 minute wait (I don't even live far from this Domino's location mind you) I called the store. I was immediately put on hold until someone hanged up the phone. So, I decided to drive and pick up the pizzas myself. By the time I got dressed and had my car warmed up, the delivery driver showed up. An hour and 18 minutes after submitting my online order. Pizza was cold. On asking about what took so long and why I was hanged up on when calling about my order, the driver got an attitude. I took my order and told him to get off of my property. I haven't ordered from Domino's in over two years and the quality has went downhill. They reduced the size of their large pizzas from 16" to 14"(slightly larger than a medium which is 12", if they didn't reduce the size of mediums as well). A scant amount of toppings and the pieces of chicken is so small now that it literally looked like bacon bits. I'll only be buying pizza from the Roman Oven from here on out. And the manager needs to instruct their drivers to not approach customers on their private residences with a street thug attitude if they don't want their drivers to end up potentially in jail or an I.C.U.. Especially in a town that has people who'll start shooting over anything. Having an attitude like that isn't very street smart. read more

Shit show location who won't answers the phone. So I had to walk in and place an order for delivery the next day. The order was never even made. Real simple order, 30 pizzas all with the same toppings. Too lazy to do their job ????? After calling the main number 5 times only because I was disconnected, they called me and asked if I still wanted the pizzas. It's a Domino's Pizza place. Convenient to downtown and outskirts of Americus. Pizza is standard pizza that one would get from this chain pretty much Anywhere, USA. Staff is friendly. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Nothing to highlight and also nothing to fuss about. All good. read more

Highly dissatisfied with service. Ordered a pizza at 8:07 received a tracker update that order was ready for pickup at 8:23. Arrive at the store about 8:35 and was told that the order was never prepared because they were out of handmade crust. I was advised that a call was attempted. No call was made to the call back number provided in my order. Spoke with a manager and she had no emphathy to the situation. When we picked up the pizza we asked for red pepper flakes and Parmesan we were told there would be an additional charge. I noted that I had paid for a pizza that they could not provide. I also did not receive a refund for the extra amount paid. I am visiting friend here and I guess since this is a small town and limited dining options they feel that customers can be treated any way. I notice there are a lot of restaurants and stores that have gone out of business in this town. If you are not willing to go the extra mile and provide excellent customer service then your business will decline. I do not plan to patronize this business again. read more

I ordered two pizzas, two cheesy breads, two orders of wings, a bowl of pasta, a sub, and lava cake (Advice don't order when hungry, it's like going to grocery store... You will over buy). It all was so good and so worth the money. My order as large as it was, was ready in a timely manner. Every thing was hot and I could tell made fresh. This is why this one is my fav. This place delivered the worst pizza that I've ever paid for. It looked two days old and tasted like it! It was cold when it finally arrived. Over my 24 years in coaching, I can say without hesitation, that this Domino's was the worst experience EVER for me and my team. Placed an order at 6:15pm to be delivered at 9:30 to a campus location 1.3 miles from the restaurant. They were quick to accept the payment but that was all the were quick on with respect to our experience. After waiting for the delivery at the pre-determined location we took our bus to the Domino's. A very rude employee came rushing out to the parking lot yelling and being loud (seems like he knew we should be upset so he got upset in an attempt to overshadow our frustration). Inside the restaurant he continued his tirade as the other employees and manager corralled him in the back of the facility. We were then told that our food was just sent to the delivery location. at this point it is close to 10pm. We were then told that the delivery driver was going to return to the store with our pizza. So, leaving the restaurant to wait for the delivery person to go 1.3 miles, the employees locked the door. After about 15 minutes of waiting someone calls us from the campus where we just played to tell us the delivery person was still sitting outside of the arena with our food. We loaded the bus again and went back to the campus to get our food. At this point, we our an hour beyond our delivery time, with a 4 hour drive yet to be made. Delivery person tells us that they were not given a receipt for the order, the order was not even ready for delivery until 9:50 pm, and since then no one answers the phone so that we can get a receipt. No clue who owns the place, manages the place or works there but this is the WORST experience of my coaching career and probably my life. Customer service is definitely a BIG negative for me. If you have other pizza options in the area, I would definitely go in any other direction. If this location is an indication of what is acceptable from Domino's they NEVER have to worry about me spending any additional money with this company. read more

Yes, it's Dominos, but yes, for fast food take out pizza, I'm in love with this location. I'm a sucker for value prized pizza, and their current promotion of 2 medium 2 topping pizzas for $5.55 screams a deal for me. I'm always going for the regular robust sauce and the regular crust. Then I have leftovers for breakfast and another meal or two. The staff here were extremely friendly, and I melt for friendliness especially when it's unexpected and from a chain place. Website said the driver left the store at 8:45pm. She called me at 9:00pm to tell me she was headed my way. Finally arrived at 9:15pm. I live less than 2 miles away. The pizza was good, but next time I need delivery I'm calling somewhere else. read more

I placed an order tonight and then had an emergency and called in and told them that they could give the food to someone else and still charge me. Only get delivery but they are always nice on delivery and on time, Only have ever had one problem and that was that they were out of the drink I ordered one time, I was not charged for the drink but it was still a bummer. read more
