There was a woman inside sweeping already and wouldn't open the door for me even though I told her it was a pickup order. She signed for me to go through the drive through. Would have left if I hadn't already paid for my order. Drive thru line took over 15 minutes to get through. When I finally got to the window I asked why they locked the door so early and the woman at the window said they do it sometimes when they get backed up? Said they just lock it for a little while, so that people don't come inside and make them backed up inside and at the drive thru. I'm sorry but it's a Saturday night so it's going to be busy. If you're backed up just tell the customers how long the wait will be so they can decide if it's worth the wait or not. Now I know why their drive thru line is always out into the parking lot.

They once again offered to bring it on their next round. I declined and said I wanted a refund. She said she didn't know how and offered me store credit. I declined and said I wanted my money back. I am still calling corporate about this and have yet to get a refund. It is the principle. I am shocked it has been this horrible. After years of ordering from Pizza Hut, I will never be a customer again. They were inept, didn't attempt to resolve the issue, and gladly accepted the tip from the order while still keeping my money for food I never received. Deplorable!
