Placed an order with dominoes to be delivered to the kids while I was at work. They cancelled it while it was in quality check. I got off and went by there to see what happened. They couldn't tell me but they said they'd remake it. A different boy comes up and then says I have to pay again. I asked to speak to the manager because I already paid $66... and waited over an HOUR. manager told a guy to tell me to leave. I said why can't I speak to a manager? This boy said "I'm calling the cops" AND CALLED THE COPS ON ME. They have to be racist because WHAT!? I never yelled. Never cussed. Just wanted a manager. I will never ever in my life EVER eat dominoes pizza again after this treatment. My kids were sick & waiting for food for so long so I went to POPEYES and wanna thank them for making my night. I placed an order at 217pm for pick up at 515pm. When I arrived at the store I was told there was no order placed. I had a confirmation email to show it was. The manager then told me no online orders are being taken. Yet the app did not show this. She cussed me out and then reached over and canceled my order on her screen completely. I was called a bitch and screamed at. The door says short staffed yet there were close to 8 people working and standing there while all this was going on. This location needs to be cleaned out! All restaurants have their bad moments, and I'm willing to overlook the first couple. Unfortunately, I have had three terrible experiences in the last few months, so I'm done. The first bad experience: three hours to get my order. The second: 2 1/2. Third (yesterday) 2 1/2. I order online, and here's how the experience goes: 1) The online tracker mysteriously stops working. 2) After 1 1/2 hours I call to cancel my order. You go through a menu of options until you get to "Speak with Manager" or "Cancel Order." If you select the former, you are put on hold automatically and then left there to die. Same for the latter. You can't cancel your order because nobody answers the phone. After 30 minutes I hung up. 3) Thirty minutes later the driver shows up with my order. He's the only driver, so he's running his tail off. Says nobody shows up for work anymore and that there is only one person working in the store. This business is a train wreck. It's too bad, because the food is pretty good. Either way, save yourself the time and money and order from Pizza Hut instead. read more

I've ordered pizza from this establishment several times. But I will not anymore. After Hallie offered me sexual favors in order to get a tip. She's done this twice and one of those times was in front of my wife. When my wife said something to her Hallie proceeded to tell my wife I deserved a better woman than her. I ordered my pizza and cheese bread and it took about 20 minutes to make. It was a delivery to my hotel room and it never came. I waited over an hour for a medium pizza and cheese bread and never got it. I do not recommend ordering pizza from this particular dominos. read more

As a college student, on a college student income, I enjoy the "coupons" or deals they have throughout the week. Especially for carry out. Great pizza. Always hot when I pick it up and still hot when I get back to campus! Employees there are super friendly. I recommend using the app to order. You can save your recent orders and then quickly reorder. It saves your cards or you have the option to click pay at store. You can build your own pizza and also look at the coupons they currently have going. read more

Worst service ever from a pizza place, Ordered a large supreme hand toss pizza with extra ranch dressing, from Domino's in Batesville, Arkansas. When order arrived, they had only sent one single serving size ranch. Called back in and was put on hold for 8 min. After talking to the manager. She said, ''I would have to make a minimum 0f $10.00 order for them to bring out my extra ranch that extra ranch only means one ranch''. The pizza is under cooked too. If I had read these reviews i would have never ordered from this location. It took an hour and a half to get a pizza delivered that was made an hour before. I called the manager on duty that night. She told me to call Jennifer in the morning. The general manager did not assist me. She told me they have one driver at night and the online delivery times are incorrect. She didn't offer me a refund only a store credit which can only be used at her location. I had my ordered delivered to a hotel I don't live here but she said she couldn't issue a refund because it happened yesterday. I only did what her manager on duty told me to do and now she can do nothing. I asked for her managers name she said she didn't have one. She said she only had an owner and I couldn't have his number and she wouldn't call him. I ended up calling corporate. They can't help me because it's a franchise. Never order from them. good stuff. the bad reviews are for delivery, just don't get delivery from here and you'll love it. they're pizza is pretty good in general, I mean it's just as good as any other pizza place. some days, they're better. some days, eh. ive ordered from here for ~3 years and they usually don't disappoint unless 1. they are super busy 2. it's late at night. at night, they mostly get it right, but I'd say there's about a 5% chance of them getting it wrong at night. overall, 4/5, would recommend read more

Hated my experience last night. After having food with pasta spilled everywhere the nice driver offered to get us another one. We opened my cousins pizza to find it was completely smashed from the ride over. I tried calling the store and was put on hold for five minutes to wait for a manager. Hung up and called again to be put on hold after being asked and saying not to put me on hold. Ended up having to drive to the store for a delivery order, no discount and still had to pay the delivery charge. Ordered lava cakes while she was making my food thinking she would throw them in the oven also (all they do is take tiny premade cake tins, set them on a pan, and put them in the oven). She waited until the rest of the food was out of the oven and with me before making them. Horrible customer service. Didnt get to eat my food until 2 hours after ordering thanks to this. read more
