On April 13 approximately 6:30 in the evening my wife placed a telephone order for delivery. After making her order she was told that there would be a delivery charge which was surprising because we have patronized this establishment for more than 16 years and to my knowledge was never charged a delivery fee before. However that info is irrelevant. What is relevant is the fact that the person taking the order on the phone was given the credit card information and responded with "that Will delivered in about 25-35 minutes. At 7:25 we had not received our order. My wife called to inquire and was told that there was no such order made and my wife expressed her concern that someone took her order and her credit card information. The manager was not helpful and suggested we check to see if the charges were sent through. Did not offer ANY kind of resolution. I called a few minutes after she had finished talking with the manager who was discourteous. Before calling the store I had investigated the suggested actions to take to resolve an issue. I also read the company values and mission statement and the manager did NOT meet ANY of the missions statements set by your company. I asked him to give me the local franchise owners information and he refused. I reminded him that the online directions for complaint resolution from your company directed me to ask for that information but he refused and hung up on me in mid sentence. Your manager NEVER ONCE, offered a resolution and was rude, disrespectful and dismissive of the fact that someone in his store made an error. The placement of this caliber of person in charge of others and store management is an error in judgment. While I know establishments like yours doesn't really care about losing one customer after patronizing this particular establishment for more than 16 years and being totally dismissed we shall NEVER PATRONIZE dominos pizza ever again. one star rating because -5 wasn't an option William L. This is for Dominion Square Domino's. My order was 40 minutes late. It was missing green peppers. When I called manager he said, "What did you expect me to do? We ran out of green peppers and I only had one driver. I'm not doing anything for you!" Then the store manager hung up on me. I called back and he hung up on me again. I will NEVER buy another pizza from here. End of review. But I will complain to corporate and anyone else who will listen. read more

As a frequent Domino's Pizza customer (5+ times a month) tonight was my last night ordering from them. After an hour when the Pizza hadn't been delivered I called and the manager said let me check with the driver. They then told me the driver left it on the porch (no knock or doorbell, trust me the dog would have noticed if they had even pulled up the front of the house) and that someone else must have taken the pizza but they were going to remake the order and get it right out. I said my Ring camera shows nobody came to my door and the manager basically said he didn't care as he was already remaking the order like it was a favor to me. When the order did arrive it was the wrong pizza's. As someone who always tips $3+ dollars and is steady customer you lose me when you lie, don't care about lying and cannot even make it right when you made a mistake. read more

Pleasantly surprised by the many choices in the menu at reasonable prices. We've tried the hand tossed and pan pizzas, both were good but we really liked the pan. Loaded tots and the Italian sub also tasty. I wouldn't recommend the cheesy bread, not very cheesy and kind of dry. Fast service, we always do pick up. They have a great option where you can get updates on your food by text so it lets you know when your pizza is in the oven! read more

Called to verify and at 3:30 they were made in w....arming bags. told the guy that answered that they were not to be done until later for the 4:30 delivery. Oh well he was not too concerned and said they would check to make sure they were good before delivery at 4:30. 4:04 pm delivery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i told the rude guy that delivered they were not to be here yet and this was way too early for the party and now they kids would have cold and rubbery pizza. He was rude and offerend nothing but that corp is to blame for the time issue. Ordered a pizza to be delivered use dominos app the pizza was delivered without olives which I paid for. I called the restaurant and they said they can give me credit or deliver olives. I'm from out of state only here to work so credit is only good if I buy from them again not any other dominos. So that doesn't work for me . If I wait for them to deliver olives the pizza will be cold. So why can't they just refund my money for the olives. On my credit card? So if you add up the delivery charge and the tip and for olives I did not get for a 14" pizza and a small soda it cost me $30. Wow! Screw the customer. read more

We received a delivery service today. We ordered earlier in the day for a 2 o'clock delivery. My daughters had started complaining about being hungry and I looked at my watch, it was 1:54 and as if on cue, in pulls our delivery driver. He was all smiles and pep as he gave us our order. All the while chatting and petting our puppy. He was a bright spot in this dreary day for sure. Oh and the food, we went all out. Shared the salad (which was so fresh!), wings and breadsticks as our app. Then onto pizza. Plain, pepperoni and steak and cheese. Y'all, do not hesitate, order the steak and cheese, it is perfection. If you've ever had Domino's Pizza, then you should know what to expect. It's better then Little Ceasers, but not as good as Papa John's. PROS: -The prices are dirt cheap! -They deliver. -Every single order has always been 100% correct. (can't say that about Pizza Hut) CONS: -When I ordered a steak pizza with white sauce, it was a bit overtly greasy. This was solved by patting it down with a paper towel. -The girl taking my order on the phone was a bit hard of hearing. I had to repeat my order a bunch of times. I had to yell certain parts of my order so that she could hear me. THIS VISIT: -I ordered two medium pizzas for the 5.99/each special. My order arrived in less then 20 minutes! I was extremely impressed with how quickly they arrived. That's the quickest I have had anything delivery wise in at least 5 years! read more

Pizza is a below standard for a typical dominoes. My brother had a black hair in his pizza (he's a red head) the wings were soggy and really gross to bite into, hardly any meat whatsoever. Will not be returning to this dominoes. read more

They're just not cutting it at this location, for whatever reason. They don't even bother opening up for lunch most of the time. The quality of the product varies depending on the price you pay, making promotions and coupons relatively worthless. Drivers seem to come from an employee base that is self sustaining in their providing very poor service. I don't understand how they stay in business. read more

People are really nice but service has gotten substantially worse each time. I've actually ordered online, had the "pizza tracker" say ready, go to pick up and proceeded to wait long enough in the store to watch a delivery person leave on a delivery and return from that same delivery. Regular occurrence. Food is good, but ordering 40 minutes before I pick it up and being told it'll be a few more minutes is probably a good sign to move on. read more

We just had 2 pizza delivered. One had apparently been dropped as all the cheese and toppings were slid to the side to the box, and the other was a medium round pizza cut into about 20 tiny squares. Never had such service before, and will never again,if you know what I mean. read more

The thin crust, pan, garlic parm bites, and specialty 'artisan' pizzas are really good! Chocolate lava cakes are the devil, too good. The original crust is not bad. The chicken is a complete miss- skip it. They are SO FAST with delivery every time. Of course the prices are great.
