The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, taking an excessively long time to acknowledge my presence and take my order. When the food finally arrived, it was a complete letdown lady was cursing to another employee about a customer who had just left. I hope they don't talk that way about me. The order was wrong, as per all the reviews on here. I mean, it's wings, fries, and ranch. It's not super difficult for the other stores. The Voodoo fries were garbage. Undercooked (raw) fries, soggy, greasy, with coagulated cheese. It was pretty awful. We have ordered here enough to tell you, this isn't a one time event... they have problems cooking the fries. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect, and when I pointed this out to the staff, they were dismissive and unhelpful. I got the lunch special which came with fries as well as a beer. The chicken wings were cooked perfectly and the dusting of real Parmesan cheese was a great addition to the wings.
