This place is clearly designed for lots of people! If you have a bus load of teenagers, there's probably not a better deal anywhere! It's also great for everything else. It's easily accessible, the food's always ready.. and if you are on a road trip, you can get a salad quickly! A Good salad! Do you know how hard and important that is? The place is clean, and the people are friendly. The bathrooms are clean. The pizza is always hot, and you can order a speciality pizza when you pay for your buffet... I like the taco pizza, and they still make it here sometimes! They are very good at cleaning the place up, and picking up your old plates... if you have buffet, this is HUGE for me! It's pizza nothing there's spectacular about this place. But they always have a great salad bar and usually well kept.

We brought in a group of 55 people. They had pizza ready and everything was first class. So glad we came here.

I always went here as a kid and recently i've noticed worse and worse service. I watched a white ginger haired male yell at a 10-12 year old boy over the counter. The noodles have way too much water in them. Some of the food looks stale. The up-side is the brownies are good, and the pizza taste good. aside from the fact it is overly greasy. If there was a way for no rating I would. Went in with my family and sat down to eat. After we all put cheese on our pizza from the table we noticed a greenish colored ball in the cheese. The ball turned out to be molded cheese it was very green. The manager was informed and told me nothing could be done and that he had more cheese he would give me. Well, there isn't a lot of variety on the pizza bar. They only have two kinds of pizza I like. I can deal with that. But the dumbest thing is their mycici's app. The manager told me to sign up and get discounts and free things. Tried to make it work on two different phones, wouldn't work. It will never scan or enter the bar code, and just for signing up I earned a free drink. Went back today and they refused to honor the free drink from the app. I let him read from the app it says free drink. I said, " So no free drink?" He says, "No!". I said, let's go someplace else, turned around and walked out. Maybe I'll see if they honor the free drink in some other Cici's? From what I've read from others, their app just doesn't work anywhere. Very bad customer service on the Managers part. Went in on Sunday 4/3/2016 at 8 PM-closing time was 9 PM. Was told buffet would close down at 8:30-Uhm what? You close at 9 that's when the buffet should close and we paid full price for the buffet. I worked at cicis in high school and we did not close until CLOSING TIME, it is considered rude to be cleaning around dining customers. Also when asked to make an ole pizza I was told by the manger that Cicis has not carried this pizza for 9 months. We eat cicis at least once every 1-2 weeks in and around the DFW and east Texas area and I always get this pizza. It is also still on the menu online. Very upset about this experience and with the constant increase in price we spent almost $20 for what was supposed to be a good cheap meal and barely got to eat anything. read more

We have been to this location several times. The staff is always friendly. They have a good selection of pizza, salad and desserts available and put out new items every few minutes. It's is a good value for your money. It's getting harder and harder to feed a family of 4 for less that $40 and they still accommodate that need. read more

We stopped at this Cici's Pizza on our way. The pizza is... pizza, and the restaurant is clean, but the manager's service SUCKS! I went to order some pizzas, like I always do at other Cici's, and this guy right out said "NO". "We don't do thin crust pizzas." (and I'm looking at a thin crust pizza right in front of me (I just wanted a different topping...?!?!)), "We can't give you a crustless spinach pizza because the crustless are for people on a diet that can't eat the crust" (What if it LIKE it?!?!?!, and who told YOU I'm NOT on a diet?!?!?!?) We used them for our company-wide lunch today. We ordered 65 pizzas and 25 orders of cinnamon rolls and they made and delivered them without a problem or complaint. They were on time and very courteous. Will definately use them again!! read more

Not exactly the best CC;s I have been to but it is ok. Could be little cleaner and also the pizza could have more cheese and topping to make it taste better.
