So if we are talking pizza chains amongst the top three, I would say that Domino's is probably the best of them. They are probably the most consistent and they have a pretty simple system. Everything is takeout and they are always on time. In fact, if you're interested in looking for updates with your order and wanted to time your pick up and delivery, they will give you the updates through the app. They always have good deals and they have a bunch of toppings for everyone's liking. I also am a big fan of the sauces on the side because it adds extra flavor. About 10 years ago, Domino's was definitely on the fall off, but they did something fairly recent and made everything taste good. And this is what made them the best of the top fast food chains. Would I say it's the best pizza? Absolutely not. But it is definitely the most consistent and is probably the best choice when you're hosting people and have family over. Get rid of AI. When someone wants to talk to a real person to place an order, transfer it to a worker. It took forever to place the order through the robot because it's not actually intelligent. After asking to speak to a person they "transferred" me to a worker who was just another robot. I then asked again and the AI claimed it was a person and then proceeded to start talking with an accent and stuttering to seem human. This is completely unacceptable and honestly a little racist.. Facebook advertised $7.99 coupon for any size one-topping pizza. I ordered a medium anchovy pizza for pickup. They charged me $7.99 plus 65 cents tax plus $1.25 unspecified charge. Upon arrival, I asked the manager about the $1.25 surcharge. He said they tacked on surcharge for anchovies because they pay $2.00 extra wholesale to stock them. I said coupon/ ad should specify when certain toppings really aren't included in the advertised sale price. He apologized and tried to justify it by saying the coupon still was a good deal. He could have offered me a free 20 ounce soda or something but didn't. So I hate to be that one. You know the one. The one who reviews a chain pizza place but here I am. And there you are. So let me start by saying that I ordered my pizza from the Domino's app (which I love, by the way) at exactly 1:32pm. It's now 3:01pm and...still no pizza. I've called and apparently it's on the way. Oh, and I live about two miles from the location. Yep, I could have picked it up but since it was raining hard I decided not to. That's the reason for delivery right? Wrong. On this day, delivery is for sitting at your home, waiting on the people to bring you something while contemplating whether or not I should just make food for myself because it would be faster.
