It's not a joke - this town is dying and it's sad... Although I was disappointed that I wasn't able to partake in Mexican cuisine on my visit, this place was impressive. The pizza is cooked over an open fire - you can see them cooking when you walk across the patio to get in. Nice, crispy thin crust with a SUBTLE smoky taste (NOT overwhelmingly so). The "chica" sized (as they call it) one topping pizza with two beers was a total of $6.42 (U.S dollars); woot, woot! They have a larger size, but the "chica" size is plenty for two people - or to eat part and get the rest to go (para llevar). Tip in cash so you don't have to figure out the exchange rate, which is confusing. YES, they take credit cards (make sure your bank doesn't charge international fees). They also accept U.S. dollars. The best part of all is that Paco (one of the servers - maybe a manager) swore up and down that he knew me (I haven't been to Acuna in many, many years). He was an older gent and was quite a hoot! Outdoor seating available, the inside was a bit warm but better than outside. Full bar, not sure about the bathroom situation. I looked around and didn't see anything, but I didn't ask, so not sure.
