Surprise! Surprise! Surprise! I've eaten a lot of Pizza in Kingsville and todays's offering was the best I've experienced! After church, we headed to Domino's per kids choice. I wasn't expecting much from a chain pizza joint. Well I am now! We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a pacific veggie pizza. They were prepared with plenty of toppings, delicious sauce and no skimping on cheese. You couldn't even see the edge crust because toppings went to the very edge! The pizza was cooked to perfection! Ordered my son pizza and he never received it they said that because I put instructions to leave at the door that it was dropped off and they would not refund me ! Cameras were at the house and show no one ever showing up manager was very rude and said no refund will be given. Will dispute the charge with my bank but very unprofessional of him. read more

Love Dominos, but I hate the fact that the prices are more here in Kingsville than any other dominos. For instance, there's NO substitutions. None. You can order any pizza and when you try to swap ingredients, it ADDS money instead of staying the same. Lol you can pull all 10 ingredients off of the Extravaganza pizza ($14.99 regular price) and add back 3, lol it'll be $18.09. Yep! So I'm not from here, I'm in town for work, I took a cab over to dominos , I ordered a chicken sandwich and a Hawaiian pizza . I get back to my hotel and open the sandwich first, there was mold on the bread.... so that sucked, then I opened my pizza. And there's no cheese or toppings on the first three quarters of each slice..... Great pizza, specialty chicken, and pasta! Problem getting the online system to recognise my hotel address? Cannot use coupons just calling the store since most coupons are "online order only". tried the address written on the hotel phone (221 S. US 77 Bypass) and got the message "We're very sorry, but "Quality Inn 221 S US 77 BYP # 128 #128 KINGSVILLE, TX 78363" is located outside the delivery service boundary offered by the nearby stores". I tried again with the address found on google and got the same message. Finally I called the toll free# and explained my situation- the agent was able to find my hotel in their system at the address 221 S US HIGHWAY 77 BYP # 128. I would think that Domino's has enough IT people working for them, and that revenue was important enough to them to address (pun intended) this issue. Someone with a little less patience would have just ordered from pizza hut. read more

I prefer dominoes over Pizza Hut, unfortunately they don't reliever to Bishop like Pizza Hut does. I'm hoping they change that.

I just want to give KUDOS to Domino's!!! I called Pizza Hut to order a pizza, yes I know, wrong site, my nephew (8 yrs. old) had lost his football game so I wanted to cheer him up. I suggested I buy (prepay) a pepperoni pizza for him and his mom could swing by and pick it up on their way back home. I called Pizza Hut, spoke to someone she said that they normally don't do that, I couldn't prepay unless I was asking to have it delivered. I told her I was the aunt in Dallas and they were in Kingsville headed back home to Premont. I asked if I could speak to a manager, she said she would put me on hold, 20 minutes later I hung and called back. Someone else answered, He said that I would have to order the pizza then he could note for a manager to call me back for payment, to see if they would approve me to prepay the pizza. It is now 3:12pm, I placed this order 1:20pm. I am still waiting for the manager to tell me whether or not I can pay for that pizza sitting there. I called Domino's at 2:05pm, and my nephew had a slice of pizza in his hand by 2:30pm. Erica was great!!! She understood my plea and I placed my order. This is the type of customer service that is lacking in the industry today. I don't know the reasons why Pizza Hut wouldn't do it other than policy, but if that was the case they wouldn't of done it before about a year ago when someone did let me prepay for one. I was looking forward to a specialty pizza from Dominos. I ordered online a Fiery Hawaiian with no Italian sausage add Philly Beef. I received a regular Hawaiian pizza. So I called the restaurant to notify of the mistake. No problem, I thought. They then sent me another wrong pizza. There was no provalone or asiago cheese or hot sauce it was disappointing.
