The pizza was great, as usual, and the delivery man was 6'9" tall, very clean, neat, polite, and extremely good looking.

Nothing but inept children at the helm. Had someone wait over 17 minutes behind another person only to have a COLD pizza to serve to a disabled family in Ishpeming. When called out for their awful behavior, I was asked by the girl on the phoned "What do YOUUUU want MEEEE to do about it (sniveling) NOWWWWWW?" I said I wanted a new pizza delivered to Ishpeming RIGHT NOW because I wasn't the one who screwed it up and the point of this phone call while you're employee is being a stuck up brat after making me wait without response on hold for over 9 minutes with just that call. If you ever want to be treated like an object and not a human being, then I would recommend going here. I had the god-like munchies after my bible study group, so I wanted to get balls deep in some delicious steaming hot cheesy Domino's pizza. I was put on hold for 20 minutes until a very rude lady answered the phone and took my order of 1 large pizza for delivery. At that point I was a pretty chubbed up from just the thought of my pizza order to be completed and was hung up on. She used such vulgar language throughout the conversation and told me I should just "starve" and never call back. My experience was Just completely unnecessary and I starved that night, unbelievable. I called Domino's to order a pizza. I got the automated system. I figured I'd use it because I knew they were busy at this time of day. I ordered the pizza and was charged over $16.00 for a large pizza. At the store, I observed signs that I could have purchased a large pizza with 5 toppings for $12.99, or two medium pizzas for $8.99. This is a total crime. They reached into my pocket and stole money from me because I used the automated system. read more

Charles delivered my pizza, it was so late and he pounded on the door acting like someone was chasing after him. When we went to confront him, he was sprinting down the stairs which proves he knew he was doing something wrong. Do better Charles. read more

I've always had a good experience with this Domino's. Consistent quality of pizza and service every time. A previous review talked of a bad experience with Charles, but I had no problem with him. My order took about an hour and a half but I assume that's because they were busy, not because of Charles. Overall, a decent joint. read more

Sweet!! Stayed at the hotel down the road and they deliver right to your room. This is great when no one else is open at that time at night and they do not have Uber eats up here. I ordered a pizza on November 11, 2019 and was told it would be 30 minutes. It is possible they tried to call, but never got anything until I called after 45 minutes. The driver told he would be there within 10 more minutes? They said I could come and pick it up or cancel the order (after an hour). OMG I just paid $40 dollars for 2 cold and dry pizzas. They offer one of the most edible gluten-free pizzas around (Aubree's is better tasting, I think). They get it to my house in a flash, and I can order online. I think that the company really picked up the ball a couple years back and started making a decent pizza. There are lots of local options that are probably better, but again, I have to eat gluten-free, and these guys get it done. read more

They know not to ring my doorbell in case my dog freaks out (a lesson learned the hard way), they never forget the beverage - something so many local Za makers do.
