When I called I was treated very rudely, she wouldn't give me there name so I can talk to the manager, they tried to tell me I was wrong and didnt give me the time of day. I have never had more disgusting chicken wings wash down with water instead of honey garlic sauce and the chicken was very rubbery. I called back about it I did not want free food I just wanted the manager to know how bad it was so that they would not get more complaints instead he claimed to be the owner and hung up on me and then I talk to the supervisor which I think was the same person and he offers free food immediately again medicine Hat Domino's pizza I need to talk to the owner. Great pizza, I love the brooklyn style! I ordered it and went to go pick it up and the crust had a little piece missing. They offered me a new one free of cost, or take the one with the piece missing and a second one for the price of one! Great customer service and always hot! read more

The individual on the phone was extremely rude and swore at my family member for not answering the phone when they called back to confirm the order. We did not recognize the number as it stated Canmore and when we did pick up they didn't indicate who they were but wanted our personal info. When we called the Medicine Hat store to talk with the manager to let them know this they were not willing to listen to our concerns. Our family will not be ordering from this location any longer. read more

If I could make it 0 stars I would, but I will give 1 star to the delivery driver Steve. Jennifer, night manager, was absolutely a nightmare. I have no idea how she achieved the management position. She so effortlessly failed a providing a simple explanation as to why my order was delivered incorrectly. Let me enlighten you all... I called into the store after my order was delivered to explain that it was incorrect. The employee who answered the call was very nice and explained that they knew the order was incorrect right after the delivery driver had left. I asked "Why not call me to explain the mix up and that you will rectify the mistake as soon as possible?". It was met with "I don't know.". I asked to speak to the manager. That's when Jennifer ruined my experience. She got on the phone and with no tact or empathy, told me that she is making a new order for me and to wait for the driver to redeliver the correct order. I asked the same question that I asked the employee, but it was met with hostility and passive aggression. I explained to her that a simple phone call to explain the situation would have sufficed, but she just brushed it off as not important. I asked her if I didn't call in the issue, would she have sent the proper order? She explained she was busy and the order will be out to me as soon as possible. I in turn asked for head offices number, she said she didn't have it. I said I'd hold for her to look. 10 minutes later, she came back on and told me. (I googled the number in under 2 seconds). I asked for her store number and her full name and she provided the store number and "Jennifer", much like Cher or Bono. I asked for a full refund as I am allergic to pineapples, and this pizza was covered in pineapples. I'm not looking for anything more than the common decency to admit mistakes and to take care of the customer. I understand if the customer is rude or unempathatic, but even then, you are being paid for a job that is infused with all walks of life. If you don't enjoy your job, we live in a first world country; go get a new job. All and all I just wanted a f**king pizza, instead, got to go to bed hungry. Thanks Dominos.
