It's almost something you would see in a sitcom, I got pizza to go, but when I got home, my thin crust pizza, which was cut in little squares, the top row was not attached and scattered around. I thought that looked strange, because they did not move around in my truck on the way home. I put the pieces back together and attached them to the pizza not only did someone eat a piece of my pizza, that also means they handled all the top row with their hands. A reply to the plethora of reviewers that give this place low marks for poor service and lack of staff: We are in the middle of an oil boom. Fort Stockton is part of the Permian field. ANYONE who has a pulse can get a job in the oil field starting at $20 an hour (and that's not working on a rig where you can make $80-$100,000 a year). Because of those salaries, this place cannot get workers, period. Fast food places cannot compete with the oil field. Be advised and forewarned, but don't get angry at the franchise because of economics. read more

The absolute worst pizza experience I've ever had. The online app said my pizza was ready. Doors were locked and could only pick up at the drive through window. I waited in line for an hour and 15 minutes only to get something so disgusting, the grease was soaked completely through the box and I had to put a towel under the box to keep fro ruining my seat. I am giving it one star because you can't give 0! Sunday evening I placed an order for a medium pizza, chicken Alfredo, and boneless buffalo hot wings to be delivered. It arrives in a timely manner in about 30-35 minutes. Pay the driver he leaves. Pizza and Alfredo was correct, the wings were not even close to what I ordered. It had shredded cheese on top. Okay. I understand things happen. I call, a woman answers and says she will personally take care of it and send a driver. So one hour passes, TWO hours pass and nothing. I stared calling after an hour, but no answer. Finally after two hours I get a hold of someone to check on the wings. He profusely apologized, said he'd throw in a free brownie and send the wings on their way. I am frustrated as I explained the situation, but okay. Send the wings everything will be fine. The wings were my dinner the other was for my husband, so starving. The drive gets here after about 40 minutes. I get the wings, open the box. They are basically chicken nuggets. No sauce. Nothing. Not even the bleu cheese I ordered to go with them. So I go up there because I am OVER IT, and, and hungry. I will say I was probably very rude. The delivery is on time, pick up is slow. Very busy due to high population and low food joint numbers. Every single time I order, delivery, or carryout, they short me sauces. Every time. Last time I ordered three 8 pc wings with an extra ranch, and a medium pizza with two garlic sauces. I got no sauces at all. Should have had 4 ranch and two garlic. This location is consistently under staffed and doesn't have nearly enough drivers. My order tonight took over two hours to deliver and the pizza was cold when it arrived. The folks that run this location don't care about quality and are obviously trying to run the store as cheaply as possible, counting on a lack of local competition.
